Objective:To explore the value of labor analgesia in scar uterus. Methods: To collect the clinical data of 120 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus and full term pregnancy from February 2017 to February 2019.According to whether or not to receive labor analgesia, they were divided into Group A(using labor analgesia)and Group B(not using labor analgesia),each group of 60 cases.Group B maternity through routine vaginal test, delivery,do relevant measures.Group A performed labor analgesia. The analgesic methods of delivery were epidural continuous analgesia. To observe the effects of two groups of methods on maternal pain score, psychology, total bleeding volume, first labor course, second labor course, third labor course, cesarean section rate, maternal 24 H nursing times, postpartum complications, postpartum hospitalization time, neonatal score. Results:The pain score of group A was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The anxiety score after analgesia during labor of group A was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the postpartum anxiety score((P > 0.05).The total bleeding volume, the first labor course, and the cesarean section conversion rate of group A were all lower than those of groupB,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between group A,group A and group B((P > 0.05).The number of maternal lactation in group A was(10.58 ± 1.24),which was higher than that in group B(7.54 ± 1.55),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Postpartum complications in group A were lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the Apgar score of newborn in group A and that of group B(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The application value of labor analgesia in scar uterine mothers is higher, which can reduce labor pain, reduce anxiety score, reduce total bleeding, shorten labor process, reduce cesarean section rate, increase breastfeeding frequency, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, and shorten postpartum hospitalization time.At the same time,it will not affect the neonatal Apgar score. Therefore, labor analgesia in scar uterus in the vaginal delivery of women is safe and beneficial.
