With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for medical services is growing.However,China’s medical field has been faced with problems such as lack of resources,uneven distribution and unreasonable allocation for a long time,which has led to supply and demand in the medical field.How to improve the utilization rate of medical resources and solve the uneven distribution of medical resources has become an urgent problem in today’s society.In recent years,the development of Internet technology and the vigorous implementation of the "Internet Plus" concept have provided a new direction for the reform of the medical industry.Internet medical care is an emerging industry born in this context.At present,some companies have launched their own Internet medical products,but these products are versatile and can not meet the diverse medical needs of people.Therefore,it is of practical significance to develop an Internet medical product that can provide diversified medical services.This article aims to provide diversified medical services,briefly introduces the research background,significance and status of the Internet medical system,deeply analyzes the business process of the medical system,and finally designs and implements a set of online consultation,appointment registration and vaccine.The appointment function is an integrated Internet medical system.The system main body is designed with Service Oriented Architecture(SOA),uses MySQL database for data storage,uses Redis as data cache,uses Elasticsearch to implement search function,and finally uses Java language for encoding.The main advantages of this system are as follows:(1)Design and implement the system with Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)to ensure the system has good scalability and maintainability,which provides the possibility for the system to add other medical services in the future.(2)Adopting the "distributed + cluster" deployment plan,the system flexibility and usability are improved,and the system’s ability to cope with high concurrency is greatly enhanced.(3)Using Elasticsearch as a full-text search engine reduces the query pressure of the database in a high concurrency scenario,and satisfies the user’s personalized search requirements,improving the user experience.In this project,I am mainly responsible for the design and development of departments,hospitals,doctor management modules,and some background functions such as online consultation,appointment registration,and vaccine reservation.Up to now,all functions of the system have been put into operation,and have received good feedback during the use of doctors and patients,and achieved good social effects,which has certain reference for the development of China’s Internet medical industry.
