Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)and cervical cold knife conization(CKC)in the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions.Method:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 197 patients with cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to the Department of Oncology,Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2005 to July 2006 in Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital,99 of which underwent LEEP98 cases underwent CKC,and compared the clinical efficacy and complications of LEEP and CKC in the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions.Result:Conclusious:The intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the LEEP group were significantly lower than those of the CKC group(p<0.05).The positive rate of the LEEP group was higher than that of the CKC group, but the difference was not statistically significant.(p>0.05);There was no significant difference between the LEEP group and the CKC group in the pathological examination and the pathological examination of the colposcopy biopsy(p>0.05).The residual rate in the LEEP group was higher than that in the CKC group. There was no significant difference in the residual rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at different time points(p>0.05);except for 10 years, the follow-up two There was no significant difference in the high-risk HPV infection after operation in the group. There was no significant difference in the high-risk HPV infection after the follow-up.The P-<0.05 was statistically significant. The postoperative hemorrhage and cervical adhesion in the LEEP group and the CKC group. There were no significant differences in cervical stenosis, postoperative fertility, and preterm pregnancy(p>0.05).There were significant differences in postoperative abortion rate between the LEEP group and the CKC group(P=0.007<0.05).There were significant differences in the hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses between the LEEP group and the CKC group(p<0.05).
