Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of Biejia Jianwan combined with routine treatment on post-hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia.2.To detect the level of IGFBPrP1 in peripheral blood of patients, and to explore the relationship between the mechanism of Biejia Jianwan and IGFBPrP1.Methods:72 patients with post-hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia were recruited and randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Biejia Jianwan treatment group. The conventional treatment group was treated with clinical conventional drug treatment, while the Biejia Jianwan treatment group was treated with Biejia Jianwan on the basis of conventional treatment.Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),direct bilirubin(DBiL)and indirect bilirubin(IBiL)were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer before treatment,30 days after treatment and 60 days after treatment.Serum levels of IGFBPrP-1 were measured by ELISA,and data were collated and systematically analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and type of primary hepatitis between the two groups(p > 0.05).2.Conventional treatment and Biejia Jianwan adjuvant treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the laboratory test indicators are significantly reduced(p < 0.05).After 60 days of continuous intervention, the laboratory indexes of patients in Biejia Jianwan treatment group were significantly lower than those in conventional treatment group(p < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of Biejia Jianwan treatment group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group(75%).4.Both conventional treatment and Biejia Jianwan adjuvant treatment can significantly reduce the level of serum IGFBPrP-1 in patients(p < 0.05).After 60 days of continuous intervention, the serum level of IGFBPrP-1 in Biejia Decoctionpill treatment group was significantly lower than that in conventional treatment group(p < 0.05).5.The levels of serum IGFBPrP1 in the conventional treatment group and Biejia Jianwan treatment group were positively correlated with the laboratory indexes of ALT,AST,TBiL,DBiL and IBiL in the two groups before treatment,30 days and 60 days after treatment(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.For post-hepatitis hyperbilirubinemia, conventional treatment and auxiliary treatment of Biejia Jianwan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and play a clinical therapeutic role.2.After 60 days of continuous intervention, the improvement of laboratory indexes of patients with Biejia Jianwan adjuvant treatment was significantly better than that of patients with conventional treatment, and the total effective rate of patients with Biejia Jianwan adjuvant treatment was higher than that of conventional treatment, suggesting that the advantages of Biejia Jianwan adjuvant treatment will gradually manifest with the prolongation of intervention treatment time.3.Routine treatment and Biejia Jianwan adjuvant therapy can significantly reduce the level of serum IGFBPrP-1 in patients. With the prolongation of treatment time, after 60 days of continuous treatment, the level of serum IGFBPrP1 in patients treated with Biejia Jianwan adjuvant therapy is significantly higher than that in patients treated with conventional treatment, suggesting that the mechanism of Biejia Jianwan may be related to its ability to inhibit the expression and release of IGFBPrP1 in patients.
