Therapeutic Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Acupuncture On Stroke-related Pneumonia

Objective: The clinical efficacy of acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine and needle and drug combination in the treatment of sap-stroke Associated Pneumonia was observed to explore and find out the actual therapeutic effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplexy Associated Pneumonia,in the hope of providing a treatment scheme with Chinese characteristics for reducing the use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods: Sixty eligible subjects were selected for this study and their notes were divided into three groups: acupuncture group(group A),traditional Chinese medicine group(group B)and combined acupuncture and drug group(group C).On the basis of basic treatment,the specific method of the study was to add TCM treatment,acupuncture treatment and combination of acupuncture and medicine to each group.The treatment duration was 2 courses and 2 weeks was 1 course.The changes of TCM symptom scores,clinical symptoms and signs,WBC,CRP,PCT and other indicators after 1 course and 2 courses of treatment were compared,and the changes of chest CT before and after treatment were compared,so as to comprehensively analyze and compare the clinical efficacy.Result: 1.There was no statistical difference between the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable;2.All qualified subjects who entered the experiment signed the informed consent before receiving treatment,and none of them fell off;3.After a course of treatment,acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with the group can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of SAP patients,and there is no significant difference between the groups;after 2 courses of treatment,acupuncture group,The Chinese medicine group and the combination of acupuncture and medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of SAP,all of which can improve cough and fever.There is no significant difference between the three groups,while the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of SAP improves the symptom analysis of patients(cough,thirst,auscultation wet In terms of laboratory parameters(CRP,PCT,blood routine),scale score(Chinese medicine symptom,CPIS),the PAC and PBC values were all less than 0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the combination of acupuncture and medicine was better than simple needle.Sting or Chinese medicine treatment.Conclusion: Acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of SAP patients,while the acupuncture combined group is used to treat SAP patients' symptoms(cough,thirst,auscultation wet rales),laboratory indicators(CRP,PCT,blood routine),scale score(TCM,CPIS)is significantly better than acupuncture and Chinese medicine alone.This is a clinical treatment of SAP,shortening the life cycle of antibiotics,reducing the frequency of antibiotic use,and providing a new Chinese medicine treatment ideas.
