Objective:To investigate the incidence of postoperative fatigue in gynecological patients and its influencing factors, and to explore the effects of acupoint massage combined with progressive relaxation training on postoperative fatigue, pain, state of mind and recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery. To evaluate its efficacy and safety in improving postoperative fatigue syndrome of patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery, and to provide a safe and economical nursing intervention method for improving patients' comfort, promoting early postoperative rehabilitation and improving their quality of life. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to analyze the postoperative fatigue status of gynecological patients after abdominal surgery in a Grade 3A hospital in Shanxi Province. The results were analyzed by using visual analogue scale(Christensen fatigue score).General situation questionnaire, visual analogue scale for fatigue and pain, perceived social support scale, brief state of mind scale and around hand The Identity-Consequence Fatigue scale was used to investigate 180 inpatients with postoperative fatigue after gynecological abdominal surgery in a Grade 3A hospital in Shanxi Province from February to June 2017.The related factors of postoperative fatigue in gynecological patients were analyzed.Sixty patients with postoperative fatigue were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The nursing intervention of acupoint massage combined with progressive relaxation training was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the experimental group.Postoperative fatigue, postoperative pain, state of mind and recovery of gastrointestinal function were observed in both groups before and after intervention.Results:1.Incidence of postoperative fatigue in patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery was 76%,the fatigue scores of preoperative and postoperative2,4,7,14,30 days were(1.40±1.65)?(5.06±1.65)?(4.22±1.47)?(3.21±1.10)?(2.35±0.82)and(1.08±0.68).The fatigue scores of 2,4,7,14 days after operation were higher than those before operation, and gradually decreased. The fatigue score on the30 th day after operation was lower than that before operation, indicating that there was postoperative fatigue in patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery.Postoperative fatigue lasted 14-30 days after operation.2.Univariate analysis showed that fatigue scores at different points after abdominal surgery were correlated with patients' understanding of disease, family history, state of mind, postoperative pain, preoperative fatigue(P< 0.05),age and marital status of patients. There was no correlation between occupation, medical expenses, history of operation, time of operation and amount of intraoperative bleeding(P > 0.05).3.After intervention, the postoperative fatigue score, pain score and state of mind score, and the first time of exhaust after operation were compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of postoperative fatigue in patients with gynecological abdominal surgery was high and lasted for a long time, usually in 14 to 30 days.2.preoperative fatigue, postoperative pain, mood state, family history and understanding of the disease were related factors of postoperative fatigue syndrome.3.Acupoint massage combined with progressive relaxation training can effectively relieve the fatigue and pain of patients after gynecological abdominal surgery, improve their state of mind after operation, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, and shorten the recovery time of patients.Reduce the financial burden of patients.
