To Review The Influence Of Yiqiwenyanglishui Formula Combined The Basis Of Conventional Treatment On Heart In Patients With Yang Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Of Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)because Of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)

Objective: To review the influence of Yiqiwenyanglishui Formula combined the basis of conventional treatment on heart in patients with Yang deficiency of heart and kidney of Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)because of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).Methods: CHF patients with grade II NYHA or grade III NYHA(n=60)were chosen from the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases in Combine Traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital in Shanxi Province from Jan.2017 to Jan.2018,and then divided randomly into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).All group were received the basic treatment,and experimental group oral the yiqiwenyanglishui formula.The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,cardiac function classification,degree of heart failure,24 h urine output,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-Pro BNP),and changes of scores of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)were observed in 2 groups after 1 month.Results: The difference in general baseline data,including age,sex,NYHA,degree of heart failure and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine had no statistical significance among 2 groups before treatment(all P>0.05).The difference in levels of NT-pro BNP,24 h urine output,LVEF and MLHFQ scores had no statistical significance among 2 groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,cardiac function classification and degree of heart failure were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,both the experimental group and the control group could increase the 24 h urine output,but the 24 h urine output in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The level of LVEF had no statistical difference among 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05).Experimental group in reducing the NT-pro BNP speed is better than that in control group,the third day,the seventh day compared with control group differences statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of MLHFQ scores had significant superiority in experimental group compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Yiqiwenyanglishui formula can significantly improve heart function,relieve symptoms,increase the amount of urine,effectively and quickly reduce the NT-Pro BNP level,improve the patients quality of life.
