ObjectiveThrough clinical application of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(TCWM)for patients with chronie obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage,we observed the 6 minutes walking distance(6MWD),assessments of quality-of-life(COPD Assessment Test,CAT,St.George Respiratory Questionnaire,SGRQ),assessment of degree of dyspnea(Modified Medical Research Council,nMRC,Brog index),assessment of psychological(Beck Anxiety Inventory,BAI,Beck Depression Inventory,BDI)and pulmonary function before and after the follow-up,and evaluated objectively. To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the program,to explore the standardized clinical application process of integrated TCWM pulmonary rehabilitation therapy,to clarify the relevant clinical practice of integrated TCM pulmonary rehabilitation therapy to provide the corresponding theoretical and practical basis,as well as to provide the corresponding basis for further research.Methods96 patients with stable stage of COPD of grade ? to ? who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria and were diagnosed as pulmonary distention by TCWM were randomly divided into blank control group, pulmonary rehabilitation group of Western medicine and pulmonary rehabilitation group of integrated TCWM.The blank control group was given routine medical treatment, while the pulmonary rehabi1itation group of Western medicine was given combined respiratory training and self-education on the basis of blank control group.Part of the content, the pulmonary rehabilitation group of integrated TCWM on this basis, combined with eight-section brocade. Before and after treatment, the indexes were monitored according to the assessment of quality-of-life,psychological,dyspnea and, exercise ability, changes of pulmonary function before and after treatment.Results1.There was no before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.Compared with pretreatment, significant difference in baseline among the three groups assessments of quality-of-life(CAT,SGRQ),assessment of degree of dyspnea(Brog index),assessment of psychological(BAI,BDI),the indexes of exercise ability assessment(6MWD)in the integrated TCWM pulmonary rehabilitation group and the western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation group were significantly improved(P<0.01).However,the improvement of quality-of-life(CAT,SGRQ),assessoent of psychological(BAI,BDI),the indexes of exercise ability assessment(6MWD)in the pulmonary rehabilitation group with integrated TCWM was significantly better than that in the pulmonary rehabilitation group with Western medicine(P<0.01).In the assessment of degree of dyspnea,mMRC showed no significant difference between the three groups after treatment and before and after treatment(P>0.05).Brog index, three groups after treatment and difference comparison before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.01),and TCWM pulmonary rehabilitation group in difference comparison before and after treatment were significantly superior to western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation group(P<0.01),therefore,in evaluating the sensitivity of pulmonary rehabilitation relief of COPD patients shortness of breath,Brog index more than mMRC.2.There was no significant difference in pulmonary function indexes(FVC%?FEV1%?FEV1/FVC%)between the blank control group, western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation group and integrated western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation group after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionPulmonary rehabilitation therapy(pulmonary rehabilitation,TCWM combined with western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation)? to ? level of patients with COPD stabilization treatment. It not only significantly reduced the mMRC,Brog index,CAT,SGRQ,BAI,BDI,increase 6MWD,but also aimed at the assessments of quality-of-life(CAT,SGRQ),assessment of psychological(BAI,BDI),6MWD are TCWM with pulmonary rehabilitation group is superior to western medicine improve pulmonary rehabilitation group.Chinese and western medicine combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve ? to ? stabilization exercise endurance in patients with COPD,the quality of life, mental state, exercise ability, lighten the degree of difficulty in breathing, the comprehensive curative effect is superior to western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation training. However, there was no significant effect on the improvement of pulmonary function indicators, and there was no significant difference between the re-examination of pulmonary function indicators after the end of the experiment and before the treatment. On the basis of internal medicine and pulmonary rehabilitation of western medicine, the application of Baduanjin Exercise with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics is obviously helpful in alleviating the quality of life, mental state, exercise ability, and improving the patients' self-care ability, which can be used as the choice of stable combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine for COPD patients.Through the clinical research, and early clinical studies have shown that determines the is given priority to with sports training of pulmonary rehabilit.ation program in the prognosis of patients with COPD stabil:ization rehabilitation important role, for patients with COPD stabilization set a simple and cheap, easy to learn easy to practice, from the space limitation, good safety and efficacy of pulmonary rehabilitation scheme, which TCWM for subsequent further exploration and study of Chinese and western medieine combined with pulmonary rehabilitation therapy provides a scientific and effective clinical basis.
