A Randomized Controlled Trial Of Deficiency Of Lung Type Of Allergic Rhinitis By Press-needle

ObjectiveBy observing the effects of press-needle on the symptoms,quality of life and recurrence of patients with lung-deficiency allergic rhinitis,we evaluated the effectiveness of press-needle in the treatment of AR,and provided a safe and effective solution and choice for the treatment of AR.The effective acupoints for the treatment of AR with press-needle provide a basis for the clinical application of the treatment of AR.MethodsThe otolaryngology clinic of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the recruitment of advertisements were classified as patients with pulmonary effusion and cold type.Six patients with AR who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized,double-blind,parallel controlled trial.Group and control group,40 cases in the treatment group,treated with press-needle;20 cases in the control group,treated with a placebo.Both the press-needle and the placebo needle are disposable needles manufactured by Qingling County,Japan,where the placebo needle removes the needle tip and has the same appearance as the needle.The two groups of patients received 2 treatments per week and 3 weeks for one course of treatment.A total of 1 course of treatment was observed.Observe the changes of total nasal symptom score(TNSS),rhinoconjunctivitis-related quality of life questionnaire score table(RQLQ),visual analog scale score(VAS)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and compare the difference between the two.Adverse reactions,statistical recurrence.ResultsThe total scores of nasal symptoms,nasal conjunctivitis-related total quality of life,visual analog scale scores,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the treatment group and the control group.The amount of P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,comparable;the total score of nasal symptoms after treatment,the total quality of life associated with rhinoconjunctivitis,the score of visual analog scale and the total score of TCM syndromef<0.05 It shows that after treatment,the sputum is better than the comforting needle for improving the nasal symptoms,improving the quality of life,improving the degree of rhinitis and improving the syndrome of TCM.The short-term effect of press-needle on AR is significant;Dimensional scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that press-needle can improve the nasal symptoms of patients in a short period of time;sneezing,nasal congestion and salivation after placebo treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but nasal itching Statistical significance(f<0.05),indicating that the treatment of nasal acupuncture can also improve the symptoms of nasal itching.The short-term effect of press-needle on improving nasal symptoms is better than that of a placebo needle.The total score of nasal symptoms in the two groups at the first month after treatment,the statistical value(P<0.05),and the total score of life quality,rhythm of the rhinoconjunctivitis,visual analog scale score and TCM syndrome total score(P>0.05),It shows that the nasal symptoms can be improved 1 month after the treatment of press-needle.The statistic of sneezing and nasal itching was statistically significant at 1 month after the treatment of nasal symptoms.The difference was statistically significant.The statistical data of nasal congestion and salivation was(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.It indicates that one month after the treatment of press-needle,nasal congestion and salivation symptoms are more likely to recur than sneezing and nasal itching.The statistical score of each dimension of nasal symptoms in the 1 month after the treatment of the press-needle was(P>0.05),indicating that the comforting needle could not maintain the short-term effect of improving the nasal symptoms of rhinitis patients.The total score of nasal symptoms,the scores of nasal symptoms,the total score of quality of life,the score of visual analogue scale,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the 2nd and 3rd months after treatment were statistically significant.It indicated that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the second and third months after the treatment of the acupuncture needle and the comforting needle for improving nasal symptoms,improving the quality of life,improving the degree of rhinitis and improving the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.The long-term efficacy of treating allergic rhinitis is poor.ConclusionAcupuncture treatment of AR is effective,and it is better than the placebo needle for short-term improvement of nasal symptoms,improvement of quality of life,improvement of rhinitis and improvement of TCM syndrome,and maintenance of nasal symptoms for maintenance of the needle 1 month after treatment.Better than improving quality of life,rhinitis troubles and TCM syndromes,but nasal congestion and salivation symptoms may be prone to recurrence,sputum maintenance improves sneezing and nasal itching symptoms are longer than nasal congestion and runny nose,and the placebo needles cannot maintain improved nose The short-term efficacy of the symptoms,the short-term effect of press-needle treatment of AR is better than the placebo.The long-term efficacy of sputum and placebo in the treatment of AR is poor and easy to relapse.The needle is safe and painless,no adverse reactions,short treatment time,greatly saving The time cost of the patient is worthy of being promoted in the clinic,and can be used as an adjuvant therapy for the treatment of AR by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The effective acupoints for the treatment of AR with acupuncture needles are:Yintang,Yingxiang,Hegu,Feishu,Xinshu,Xuehai.Among them,Yintang and Yingxiang can quickly relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion,and Xinshu and Xuehai can significantly improve the symptoms of nasal itching.
