Therapeutie Effect Analysis Of Acupuncture Combined With Moxibust Ion With Wheat Granules On Periarthritis Of Shoulder

ObjectiveBy observing the changes of joint activity,pain index and shoulder joint function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis before and after treatment,the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was explored to provide a highly effective treatment method.MethodsEighty-eight eligible patients were collected,and 60 patients were randomly selected for clinical study.Sixty patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with wheat granule moxibustion,while the control group was treated with simple acupuncture,with shoulder condyle,shoulder buckling,shoulder zhen,shoulder front and Ashi points as the main points,combined with distal acupoints.Treatment once a day,6 times as a course of treatment,2 courses after the evaluation of therapeutic effect.The ROM,VAS,Constant-Murl(CMS)and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,sex,VAS score,ROM score and CMS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the VAS score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)*After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS score difference of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The results show that the two groups of treatment methods can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the experimental group is better than the control group.3.After treatment,the ROM score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the ROM score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The difference of the ROM score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the two groups of treatment methods can effectively improve the range of motion of shoulder joint in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the experimental group is better than the control group.4.After treatment,the CMS score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the CMS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).The difference of the CMS score of the experimental group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The results show that the two groups of treatment methods can effectively improve the shoulder function of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,the experimental group is better than the control group.5.In the control group,2 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the experimental group,4 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.67%.There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P(0.01).The two groups of treatment methods have good clinical effect on stagnation scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the experimental group is better than the control group.ConclusionAcupuncture combined with wheat-grain moxibustion and simple acupuncture can effectively improve the pain symptoms,shoulder mobility and shoulder function of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the former is better than the latter.This shows that acupuncture combined with wheat-grain moxibustion is an effective method for the treatment of stagnant scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is worth promoting.
