The Clinical Study Of Meridian Blood Pricking Therapy On Treatment Of Lumbar Muscle Strain Of Blood Stasis Type

ObjectiveThe main manifestation of lumbar muscle strain is pain and discomfort after sitting up for a long time or fatigue,mainly soreness,which can be relieved after rest.Local tenderness and tapping pain,limited activity,but no abnormal auxiliary examination,is a soft tissue damage caused by chronic lumbar inflammation.It can be manifested as local tenderness and tapping Pain,limited activity,but no abnormalities in auxiliary examination,which is a chronic inflammation of the lumbar caused by soft tissue damage.In recent years,the incidence of disease has a younger trend,especially in athletes and office workers,plagued people’ s learning,life and work.This study takes the patients with lumbar muscle strain of blood stasis type as the research object,observes the clinical curative effect of blood-stasis type lumbar muscle strain treated by meridian blood-pricking therapy.By comparing the changes of VAS score,ODI score and the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the effectiveness and applicability of the treatment was confirmed,and the wide application of meridian blood pricking therapy in clinical practice was promoted.MethodThe patients included in this study were from May 1st,2018 to February 28th,2019 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Orthopaedics(Outpatient and Inpatient Departments)of Guangdong No.2 Hospital of TCM,who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.72 pat ients were randomly divided into meridian blood pricking group and routine acupuncture group,36 cases in each group.Once every other day,6 times as a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.The VAS score,ODI score and clinical symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment were collated and analyzed.Finally,the overall therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.All data were collated and analyzed with SPSS 23.0.ResultAfter treatment,the scores of VAS,ODI and clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,the difference was significant.After treatment,the difference of VAS score,ODI score and clinical symptoms and signs score between the two groups was also significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.44%in the treatment group and 82.35%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,compared with the general curative effect of the two groups,it was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAfter treatment,the clinical symptoms,lumbar vertebrae activity and blood stasis syndrome of the two groups were improved,and the curative effect of the method was more obvious than that of the routine acupuncture.meridian blood pricking is a safe and effective treatment method.
