| ObjectiveObserve the efficacy and safety of soothing liver,regulating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,then try to make a progress to explore its mechanism of action,so as to lay a facts to prove that it is true for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of stable angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.MethodsA randomized,single-blind controlled trial was conducted.128 patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two different group which named test team and observation team with 64 cases in each group.On the foundation of routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Shugan Liqi Iluoxue Formula(TCM Granule).One dose of warm water was given every day,two times in the morning and two times in the evening,and the observation group was handled with routine western medicine.The observation period of the two groups was 4 weeks.Through data collection,the changes of TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,Seattle Angina Scale score(SAQ)and safety index of liver and kidney function before and after treatment were analyzed.Results1.Baseline comparison between the two groups:Before experiment,there was no meaningful distinction in gender,age,course of disease,combined diseases and personal history,TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris classification,angina pectoris score and Seattle Angina Score between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.2.TCM syndrome integral:Before and after therapy the distinction of TCM syndrome integral between the treatment group and the control group was statistically conspicuousness(P<0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the test group was 86.67%,while that in the observation group was 68.33%.There was a conspicuousness distinction between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Angina score:There were conspicuousness diversity in Angina Pectoris Score between the test group and the observation group before and after therapy(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris between the two groups were obviously discrimination(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in the test group decreased more conspicuousnessely,and the test group was better than the control group.4.Nitroglycerin cessation rate:After test,there was a conspicuousness discrimination both in the two groups(P<0.01);and the decressetion rate of nitroglycerin in the test group was conspicuousnessely higher than that in the control group.5.Quality of life assessment:After treatment,the two groups both can raise the degree of physical activity limitation,enhance the stable state of angina pectoris,reduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris,advance patients' satisfaction with treatment,and heighten the patients' disease awareness.There is conspicuously statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement of quality of life score in treatment group is better than that in control group.6.Safety assessment:Before test,there was no significant distinction in AST,AST,SCr and BUN botn between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,it is also no conspicuousness difference in AST,AST,SCr and BUN both in or between the two groups(P>0.05).In the two groups,there is no serious side effect occurred during the test and the safety were always qualified.ConclusionAccording this study we could found that the application of soothing liver,regulating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with chest tightness and heartache,chest and hypochondria swelling,good sigh and other main manifestations,assist western medicine to better alleviate the degree of angina pectoris attack,reduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris,enhance the stable state of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the patient' s body.Symptoms,improving patients' awareness of disease,satisfaction with treatment and quality of life are effective therapies and prescriptions for angina pectoris patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.They give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine"body and spirit as a whole",and deserve further scientific research and clinical application. |
