Objective: By using immunohistochemical method to determination of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues Cdc25C(protein,cell division cycle 25 homologous protein C)expression level,and in combination with clinical features and prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma patients were retrospectively analyzed Cdc25 C expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and the significance of clinical stage,pathological differentiation and prognosis,and to explore Cdc25 C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the organization of the relationship between the expression and radiation resistance.Methods: Select the tumor hospital of hunan province from 2011 to 2016 hospitalized patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,screening cases data,finally into the group accords with the standard set of 50 cases of the esophageal squamous carcinoma treated with radical radiotherapy,at the same time the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma Cdc25 C immunohistochemical staining,detection before radiotherapy in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues Cdc25 C expression level,analysis Cdc25 C expression and the recent curative effect and survival outcomes for patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy,the relationship between the data from the application of SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results: Immunohistochemical results showed esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues Cdc25 C expression intensity is obviously higher than that of normal tissue adjacent to esophageal cancer,and patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinomas have dependence clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,high expression of esophageal squamous carcinoma and the low expression group showed significant difference in the near future curative effect and survival rate,Cdc25 C express the most recent curative effect and prognosis is poorer survival.Conclusion: The expression level of Cdc25 C may be positively correlated with the radiotherapy resistance of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and Cdc25 C is expected to be a potential molecular marker for prognosis in the radiotherapy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
