| Objective:To provided reference for the development of practical prevention and control infectious diarrhea disease in Quzhou City,we analysed the reasons and the risk factors of infectious diarrhea disease, and the status and correlation of enteric pathogenic bacteria in food and environment. Methods:The descriptive analysis and case-control study were used in this research.Analysis the epidemiological characteristics infectious diarrhea disease cases in Quzhou City were collected from Infectious Disease Report Information System of the National Disease Prevention and Control Information System during November in 2016 to October in 2017.The samples of infectious diarrhea disease cases were collected from hospital to tested 5 types of bacteria(salmonella, shigella, escherichiacoli, vibrio parahaemolyticus and staphylococcus aureus)and 3 types of virus(norovirus, rotavirus and adenovirus)for understand the dominant pathogen of infectious diarrhea disease in Quzhou City. And collected food and environment samples to detected enteric pathogenic bacteria, and analysed these relationship between a high incidence of infectious diarrhea disease. At the same time, selected 100 children diagnosed cases to analysis risk factors.Used Epi Data 3.0 to build the database, and sample size estimation and statistical analysis by using SPSS version 19.0.Univariate analysis Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors.P values<0.05 were considered statistically significant. Results:During 2016.11 to 2017.10,a total of 2559 infectious diarrhea disease cases were reported, the incidence was 17.12/100000.There were two incidence peaks from January to march and June to October. Most of the cases were aged under 5 years old, especially 0-1 years old.A total of 1853 infectious diarrhea disease samples were tested, the total positive rate was 36.05%.The positive rate of salmonella, vibrio parahaemolyticus, rotavirus, norovirus and adenovirus were 5.34%,0.27%,13.33%,8.74%,and 1.24%,respectively.The positive rate of food and environment were 1.35%and 1.07%respectively.The high positive rate of food were Seafood and vegetables. The main pathogens were vibrio parahaemolyticus and salmonella. The high positive rate of environment were kindergarten toys and kindergarten children’s hands samples, the rate was 2.90%and 1.31%respectively.No pathogens was detected in well water and river water samples. The incidence trend of infectious diarrhea was same as that of pathogens in food and environment.Parental education, child sucking, parents washing their hands after returning home, contact with a suspected patient a week before onset, disposal of leftovers, fingernail clipping, and vaccination with rota vaccine were statistically significant differences,by using Univariate Logistic regression.Parental education, child finger sucking, contact with suspected patients a week before onset and disposal of leftovers were risk factors, and the other were protective factors. Conclusion:The incidence of infectious diarrhea disease was high. The incidence peaks from January to march and June to October. Most of the cases were aged under 5 years old, especially 0-1 years old. There were various pathogens causing infectious diarrhea disease, but norovirus, rotavirus, salmonella and vibrio parahaemolyticus were the main pathogens. There were contamination phenomena in food and external environment, especially food contaminated by vibrio parahaemolyticus and salmonella.Children’s hands and toys are seriously polluted in the environment. |
