Clinical Observation On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation With Wei Zhong Bloodletting Puncture And Cupping Therapy Combined With Acupuncture

ObjectiveIn this study,By observing the evaluation indexes of the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar dis herniation by means of puncture and cupping combined with conventional acupuncture at weizhong point,this study objectively evaluated the curative effect,and explored the more effective clinical methods for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation MethodsIn this study,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for lumber disc herniation were included,and the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(weizhong point puncture cupping combined with acupuncture group)and the control group(acupuncture group),with 30 patient in each group.Two groups of patients were treated for 6 consecutive days,with 1 course of rest for 1 day,and a total of 3 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,patients were graded and quantified with TCM symptoms and signs,pain VAS and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(JOA).After data collection and processing,SPSS22.software was used for data statistical analysis.ResultsThe two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,duration and other general information were compared,the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating comparability between groups.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were quantified score of TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,VAS score,BASDAI score,BASFI score and SRSS score baseline comparison,the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating comparability between groups.After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group.The scores of TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,VAS score,BASDAI score,BASFI score and SRSS score in both groups were improved after treatment,the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups have a significant effect.The differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared among the groups,and the results implied that the difference was statistically manifest(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was surely better than that of the control group.The overall efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate was 96.68%in the treatment group,the control group,the total effective rate was 90.01%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Weizhong point acupuncture and collaterals cupping combined with acupuncture group(traeatment group)and conventional acupuncture group(control group)for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,have a significant effect2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,pain,symptom,clinical examination and daily life activities of the two groups.3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating symptoms,clinical examination and daily life activities of the two groups...
