Cervical cancer,a disease with a high incidence rate,has a high mortality rate among the female population.Its incidence is second only to breast cancer and it is the largest female cancer with high incidence in China.On the other hand,the early cure rate of cervical cancer can reach nearly one hundred percent,so the early screening work of cervical cancer is particularly important.In recent years,many scholars are committed to the research of cervical cancer screening and have obtained great progress.They have made great contributions for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Considering China's large population base and poor medical and health conditions in rural areas,it is difficult to screen comprehensively and effectively.In remote areas,existing screening ways identify human eyes by using microscopes mainly.During the process of cervical cancer cell screening,there are a number of problems.For example,view field of the microscopic is smaller and the local view can only display a small part of information of cervical cell slices.In addition,targets of cervical cells at high magnification cannot be completely focused and clear and cannot be effectively observed at one level.In this paper,in terms of the problems encountered in cervical cancer cell screening,a further study is conducted.The existing image processing algorithms combined with the actual situation are used to solve these questions.Because the scope of the microscope is smaller,the local view can only display a small part of the information in cervical cell slices and cannot completely reflect the overall information of the slices.This paper will realize the rapid splicing of cervical cell images on the basic of SURF feature point extraction and combined with the characteristics of mechanical scanning.Firstly,the cervical cell image is searched for a target.Then,the target area is searched for feature points.And it is matched according to the space distance of mechanical scanning.Through the experimental results,fast and accurate splicing effect can be achieved.Because the scope of the microscope is smaller,the local view can only display a small part of the information in cervical cell slices and cannot completely reflect the overall information of the slices.This paper will realize the rapid splicing of cervical cell images on the basic of SURF feature point extraction and combined with the characteristics of mechanical scanning.Firstly,the cervical cell image is searched for a target.Then,the target area is searched for feature points.And it is matched according to the space distance of mechanical scanning.Through the experimental results,fast and accurate splicing effect can be achieved.In this article,image mosaic and image fusion technology are researched in depth,which effectively solves the problems encountered in cervical cell screening and basically reaches the expected goal.
