Effect Of Shenju Guanxin Capsules On The Quality Of Life In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Typed Qi Defieiency And Phlegm-Blood Stagnation After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Shenju Guanxin capsules on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI,who typed Qi deficiency and Blood stagnation,and the impact on TCM syndrome scores.At the same time analyzed its effects on hemocysteine(Hey)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).MethodsSixty post-PCI patients typed Qi deficiency and Blood stagnation,were choosed in Guangdong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine on October 2018 to February 2019.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the test group use the Shenju Guanxin capsules add conventional western medicine,the control group use western medicine treatment only.The inclusion were scored by SF-36 scale before medication,and compared the two baseline scenarios.The patients in the two groups were scored for quality of life after 3 months,and the changes in the QOF of the two groups were compared.And the changes in TCM symptom scores and on Hey and SOD.The database was established and SPSS 23.0 software was used for analysis.ResultsPatients in the two groups were followed up after 3 months.There two patients in the test group dropped off due to gastrointestinal discomfort,while no patients in the control group dropped off.In test group the scores were increased in allaspects,especially in the role-physical(RP),bodily pain(BP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),social functioning(SF)and improve health transition(HT)has become particularly obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The control group in role-physical(RP),general health(GH)and health transition(HT)score were improved compared with that before 3 month,but the difference is not obvious,no statistical significance(P>0.05).And the other aspects score have no obvious change in the control group.The comparison between the test group and the control group showed that the test group was superior to the control group in other aspects scores except physical functioning(PF),especially in bodily pain(BP),general health status(GH),vitality(VT)and health transition(HT)scores,the difference was statistically(P<0.05).In terras of TCM syndrome scores,the scores of the two groups were lower than before,and the test group was superior to the control group,especially in the blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome scores,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of this study also showed that the Hey level in the test group was lower than before,but the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).There had significant change in Hey before and after the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant change in SOD in the treatment group(P>0.05),and the SOD in the control group was raised,but the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in SOD level between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with conventional western medicine treatment alone,Shenju Guanxin capsules could significantly improve the quality of life of patients after PCI of coronary heart disease,especially in terms of bodily pain,general health staus,vitality,role-emotional and health transition.Secondly,it could improve the TCM symptom score of this type of patients.However,Shenju Guanxin capsules has little effect on Hey and SOD.This provided further evidence for the clinical application of Shenju Guamxin capsules in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
