| China’s medical care is in a specific transformation stage.The core of service design strategy is to promote the advancement of medical reform through design and research and to promote the optimization of hospital service management.Medical staff is a group that needs to be pay attention to by design.Overloaded work pressure and threats to doctors’ health become the focus of this paper.Outpatient doctors act as the initial layer of shunt in different functional areas of the hospital,and receive the largest amount of diagnosis.At the same time,outpatient doctors in the hospital system are also the special groups that can most relate to the basic hospitals and realize the interaction between the upper and lower levels.This paper takes the outpatient doctors in tertiary hospitals as the main research object to study the design strategies for reducing the burden on doctors from different perspectives and categories.In case studying,the role of design technology in improving medical service is also considered.Through interdisciplinary research,the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent technical services are known and understood,and it is expected that the light artificial intelligence technology designed in collaboration with doctors can reasonably serve doctors,reduce the work burden of doctors,and reach a broader medical care group through data sharing services.This paper proposes a service design and analysis method for outpatient doctor products.The analysis method of application service design aims at three different levels of service:interface level,system level and strategy level to explore user requirements.Different from the aspects of traditional design thinking,this paper takes the outpatient doctors of service providers as the users to study the optimization and improvement of outpatient medical products and services.Specifically,by enumerating different service contact points of outpatient doctors in the working process,hospital environment and social environment,as well as the interactive relations in different categories of systems,the pain points of doctors’ overburden are recognized from different levels of service,and the working journey experience of doctors is established,and typical user characteristics are output.At the same time,involved in professional medical practitioners working in the field of design,the process of creating products and services,the need to create method can issue of service design,so the author at the same time the introduction of collaborative design method,and improve services of three different levels of collaborative design research,finally through the optimization of the electronic medical record system prototype,and collaborative design service blueprint verification service design thinking and collaborative design method has potential application value in the professional field.Output the task flow model based on service and collaborative design method,and output the strategy of application and practice for the relevant design stage.Finally,it is hoped that this study can reduce the burden on doctors,design for doctors’ health,improve doctor-patient communication,doctor-patient contradiction and other negative social phenomena,and realize the social value of design. |
