Effect Of Eras On Postoperative Pulmonary Complication Of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture

Purpose:Investigate the effect of ERAS on PPC in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,and analyze its risk factors of PPC preliminarily.Methods:We selected the intertrochanteric fracture patients with traditional perioperative treatment in our department from August 1^st,2016 to August 1^st,2017.They were numbered randomly as a conventional group.And there are61 cases in the conventional group.In addition,we selected the intertrochanteric fracture patients with ERAS treatment in our department from August 1^st,2017 to February 1^st,2018.They were numbered randomly as an experimental group.And there are 43 cases in the experimental group.We analyzed the data of age,sex,preoperative basic disease（hypertension and diabetes）and preoperative time by single factor test and screened out the statistically significant index.Then we analyzed the risk factors of pulmonary complications in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture by Logistic regression.Finally,we compared the different perioperative methods（preemptive analgesia,prohibition of food,preoperation time and postoperative functional exercise early）between the ERAS group and conventional group to the effect of PPC,and investigate with statistical methods.And figure out that whether the differences were statistical significance.Results:In this study,there were 22 cases with PPC in 104 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,the incidence of which was 21.54%.After a single and multi-factor test,it was found that the age,sex,hypertention and diabetes of intertrochanteric fracture patients weren’t independent influence factors.So we can wipe off the error on what does the perioperative measures effect on PPC’s incidence between the conventional group and experimental group on.So the data between the control group and the experimental group were comparable.The rate of PPC in ERAS group with preemptive analgesia,prohibition of food,preoperation time and postoperative functional exercise early was lower than control group（p<0.05）.And the differences were statistical significance.Conclusions:The rapid rehabilitation concept（ERAS）can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications in the elderly intertrochanteric fracture.
