Objective:To investigate the effect of Meek skin grafting on patients with extensive deep burns.Methods:Sixty-four patients with extensive deep batches of burns conforming to the study criteria were hospitalized in our unit from February 2012 to February 2015,32 of them who received Meek skin grafting was group A,and 32 of them who receivedmicroskin grafting technique wasgroup B.Age?the use of autologous skin area,operation time,wound healing time,and hospitalization time were recorded.The survival rate of skin graft on post operation day 7,compete wound healing rate in post treatment week 2,and the mortality were calculated Data were processed with independent t test,and x2 test.Results:Meek skin graftingcould economize donor skin,shorten operating time,increase survival rate,and the patients' surface area had scared while Period I.Conclusions:Meek skin grafting is a more perfect grafting technique for the treatment of patients with extensive deep burns,it can improve the healing rate of the wound,it also candecrease hospital stay time.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
