Purpose:To explore the value of laparoscopic ultrasound combined with CUSA in laparoscopic liver resection. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 102 patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy from January 2017 to December 2018.According to the instruments used in the operation, the patients were divided into the UHS cut liver group(group A,44 cases),laparoscopic ultrasound combined with UHS cut liver group(group B,35 cases)and laparoscopic ultrasound combined with CUSA cut liver group(group C,23 cases).Perioperative data were compared between the three groups, including sex ratio, age, preoperative liver function, disease type, resection scope, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion volume, postoperative AST,ALT,TBIL,DBIL,ALB levels, postoperative complications, and postoperative hospital stay. Results:There was no significant difference in preoperative data among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,DBIL,ALB on the first day after operation,TBIL,DBIL,ALB on the third day after operation, hospital stay after operation and complications after operation between the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion,AST,ALT,TBIL on the first day and AST,ALT on the third day(P<0.05).Two comparisons showed that there were significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion between group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C.There was significant difference in TBIL between group A and group B on the first day after operation. There were significant differences in AST,ALT on the first day after operation and AST,ALT on the third day after operation between group A and group C.There were significant differences in AST,ALT on the first day after operation and AST on the third day after operation between group B and group C.Conclusions:The combined use of laparoscopic intraoperative ultrasound and CUSA in laparoscopic hepatectomy can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion, and has less impact on postoperative liver function.
