Study On The Efficacy And Mechanism Of Si Ni San Combine Zhen Zhong Dan In The Treatment Of Memory Decline After Withdrawal From Methamphetamine

Objective:This study intends to observe the clinical efficacy of Si Ni San combine Zhen Zhong Dan intervention in the memory loss after Methamphetamine withdrawal.To study its therapeutic mechanism,and to lay the foundation for the innovation and development of TCM theory and clinical practice.Methods:In the Shandong Province Luzhong Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Institute and the Shandong Provincial Women’s Compulsory Isolation Detoxification Institute,90 drug addicts were selected.Using random number table method,60 patients were selected as the treatment group among the 90 patients,including 51 males and 9 females;and 30 patients were the control group,including 26 males and 4 females.The ratio of the treatment group to the control group was 2:1.The treatment group was treated with Si Ni San combine Zhen Zhong Dan for treatment.One dose per day,400 mL of water decoction,200 mL each time,1 time in the morning and 1 time in evening,the course of treatment was 1 month.The control group was treated with placebo and the treatment course was the same as the treatment group.During the treatment period,no other antidepressant drugs were taken,and patients with diabetes and hypertension were treated with conventional hypoglycemic and blood pressure lowering drugs.The changes of WMS-RC,PSQI,SAS,SDS scales and serum 5-HT in peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment,and data analysis was performed..Results:1.There were significant differences in sleep time,quality,efficiency and total PSQI scores in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),including daytime dysfunction and sleep time(P<0.05),and in the control group before and after treatment,there were significant differences in sleep efficiency and time(P<0.05).Sleep time,quality,efficiency,sleeping time,daytime dysfunction and total PSQI scores showed statistical differences(P<0.05).2.The standard scores of SAS in the treatment group decreased before and after treatment,showing statistical difference(P<0.05);SDS in the treatment group had statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05);SAS and SDS in the control group decreased relatively,but there was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05);SAS in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group after treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups.The SDS standard score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in serum 5-HT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum 5-HT in the treatment group increased significantly,with statistical difference between the same group(P<0.05);before and after treatment,the serum 5-HT in the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum 5-HT in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Before and after treatment,WMS-RC score difference was more significant in the improvement of "long-term memory","short-term memory" and "instantaneous memory" in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparing the therapeutic effect of the treatment group with that of the control group,1 patient in the control group recovered,3 patients whose symptoms were significantly improved,and 25 patients who were ineffective.11 patients in the treatment group were cured,17 patients with significant symptoms improved,21 patients with spatial symptoms relieved,and 11 patients without any symptoms improved.To sum up,the effective rate of the control group was 16.67%,while that of the treatment group was 81.67%.The Chi-square test showed that P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Si Ni San combine Zhen Zhong Dan has certain therapeutic effects on improving sleep quality,time,efficiency,sleeping time,daytime dysfunction and memory decline.2.Si Ni San combine Zhen Zhong Dan can relieve anxiety and depression symptoms of patients after withdrawal from methamphetamine3.Si Ni San combine Zhen Zhong Dan can improve memory decline,anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with methamphetamine withdrawal,which may be related to the regulation of 5-HT in peripheral blood.
