Objective:To study the characteristics of premature infants with pregnancy complicated with hypertension so as to provide a basis for future clinical work,to intervene in such premature infants,to promote the growth and development of premature infants, and to improve the long-term quality of life. Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016,the data that admitted from Shanxi Dayi Hospital were complete, and 142 premature infants were regularly followed up after discharge to June to correct the fetal age.According to whether pregnancy was combined with pregnancy hypertension,it was divided into an observation group and a control group.70 premature infants born to pregnant mothers were observed. The control group was 72 premature babies born to non-pregnant mothers. The characteristics and differences of hemoglobin and clotting function in 2 hours after birth, the rate of feeding intolerance after birth, the incidence of less than fetal age and the correlation analysis of hemoglobin and clotting function in the observation group were compared.Thefollow-up analysis of growth and development at birth and later stages was conducted, that is,40 weeks ± 3d,3 ± 0.5 months,6 ± 0.5 months of height, weight, and head circumference were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, hemoglobin was higher in 2 hours after birth than in the control group(P<0.05)The coagulation function was longer than PT and APTT in the 2 hours after birth than in the control group(P<0.05),FIB is lower than the control group(P<0.05)The difference is statistically significant. The incidence of feeding intolerance and the incidence of children younger than fetal age were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05)The difference is statistically significant. There was no correlation between hemoglobin and coagulation function in the observation group(P>0.05).The body weight of 40 weeks ± 3d observation group was lower than that of control group at birth. The difference in weight, length and head circumference at 3 ± 0.5 months and 6 ± 0.5 months was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Premature infants whose mothers suffered from gestational hypertension had a high level of hemoglobin 2 hours after birth, and were prone to coagulation dysfunction. The incidence of feeding intolerance and infants younger than gestational age was higher.Pregnancy hypertension affects the physical development of premature infants in the early stage, which is mainly manifested by weight loss. The incidence of intrauterine and extrauterine growth retardation was high in PIH group, and most of them achieved catch-up growth after correcting gestational age of 3 ±0.5 months.
