Objective:To evaluate the cardiopulmonary function of patients with coronary heart dise ase?CHD?after percutaneous coronary intervention?PCI?through a precise cardio pulmonary exercise test?CPET?,and to develop a scientific and reasonable exercise prescription. To investigate the effects of cardiac exercise rehabilitation on plasma NLR,RDW levels, cardiopulmonary function, exercise tolerance and quality of life i n patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,110 patients with coronary h eart disease who were diagnosed and had undergone PCI by the Department of C ardiovascular Medicine of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and the Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital during the period from October 2016 to Octob er 2018 were enrolled.According to their personal wishes and the order of treatme nt,they were divided into two groups:control group and rehabilitation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional CHD and its un derlying disease treatment;the rehabilitation group was given exercise rehabilitation treatment based on the former treatment.General information of the patients, the re sults of the examinations, and the results of the 6 months after exercise treatment,i ncluding CPET,echocardiography, blood NLR,RDW,and Seattle Angina Scale?SAQ?were collected. The collected data were statistically analyzed to study the effects of cardiac exercise rehabilitation on plasma NLR,RDW,cardiopulmonary function, exer cise tolerance and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Results:Prior to the intervention, plasma NLR,RDW,and CPET were measured in the t wo groups:anaerobic threshold?AT?,maximal oxygen uptake?VO2max?,oxygen puls e?O2 pulse?,maximum exercise time, and cardiac ultrasound:left ventricular ejection fraction?LVEF?,SAQ score:physical limitation?PL?,angina pectoris status?AS?,an gina pectoris?AF?,treatment satisfaction?TS?,disease cognition?DP?,the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.There were no significant differences in plasma NLR,RDW,AT,VO2max,O2pulse,maximal exercise time,LVEF,PL,AS and AF before and after intervention in the control group?P>0.05?,but there were signific ant differences in TS and DP?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in plas ma NLR and RDW after intervention in the rehabilitation group.AT,VO2max,O2pul se,maximum exercise time,LVEF,PL,AS,AF,TS,DP were higher than before treatmen t,which was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistica lly significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:After CR treatment, the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were significantly improved. However,CR is an important part of secondary prevention for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.It has great clinical significance and is worthy of promotion.
