A Study On The Evaluation Of Hospital Medical Records Management

Hospital medical record management is in a special period of drug carrier transformation.It is necessary to conduct scientific evaluation of hospital medical record management activities,improving the quality and efficiency of medical record management,and clarifing the development direction of medical record management.This study constructs the basic theory of medical record management and medical record management evaluation,distinguishing the physical property management and information content management of medical records,and points out that medical record management evaluation including quality evaluation and efficiency evaluation.In the aspect of quality evaluation,the hospital medical record management quality evaluation index system is constructed by analyzing the actual process of combing the medical record management work.The efficiency evaluation aspect is based on the DEA data envelopment analysis method to construct the hospital medical record management efficiency evaluation index system,and proposed the medical record management activities.The ideas and methods of quality evaluation and efficiency evaluation have made the hospital case management activities form a complete closed loop from “ quality evaluation ” to “ efficiency evaluation”.Through the study of electronic medical records to clarify the development trend of modern medical record management,combined with the public's cognitive differences in medical record management,it provides suggestions for hospital medical record management work,and provides reference for medical record management work,so as to better carry out medical record information services.
