As a widely used imaging diagnostic technology, the improvement of imaging performance has attracted wide attention. However, the balance between imaging quality and imaging speed is still a key problem hindering the further development and application of medical ultrasound imaging technology.Minimum variance beamforming algorithm is a basic adaptive imaging algorithm with great potential for improvement. On the one hand, many scholars have made relevant improvements on it,but few comprehensive improvements have been made on it.On the other hand, adaptive beamforming algorithm is difficult to achieve real-time performance because of its high computational complexity, which hinders its practical clinical diagnosis.Application of interruption. In this paper, the adaptive medical ultrasound imaging algorithm is studied.By operator optimization and GPU parallel acceleration, the imaging quality and imaging speed are improved simultaneously. In this paper,an algorithm framework for improving the imaging quality of the algorithm is proposed according to its principle flow. The idea of multi-operator optimization is introduced into the research of the adaptive medical ultrasound imaging algorithm. The adaptive beamforming algorithm is improved in many aspects through the pertinent optimization of the operator,so that a multi-operator adaptive imaging algorithm with greatly improved imaging quality can be obtained. At the same time, this paper realizes coarsegrained parallel of pixel estimation and fine-grained parallel of data computation in adaptive imaging algorithm based on GPU,which provides a parallel acceleration framework for the implementation of such algorithms to help them realize real-time imaging calculation. In order to verify the validity of the proposed multi-operator adaptive imaging algorithm and GPU parallel acceleration framework, the corresponding simulation experiments are designed to quantitatively analyze the imaging related indicators. The experimental results show that,on the one hand, the multi-operator adaptive algorithm proposed in this paper has the best imaging resolution and contrast performance compared with conventional adaptive algorithm or single improved algorithm,on the other hand, based on the GPU parallel acceleration framework proposed in this paper, the imaging computation speed of this kind of algorithm can be greatly improved on a single GPU,which can be achieved compared with the traditional CPU implementation scheme.Thousands of times the acceleration ratio, and in the best image quality performance of the algorithm can meet the real-time requirements of imaging calculation. It can be seen that the research of adaptive medical ultrasonic imaging algorithm in this paper can improve the imaging quality and satisfy the real-time performance of imaging calculation, which lays a solid foundation for the application of high-definition imaging algorithm in clinical diagnosis.
