Objective:Cytokeratin(CK)5/6 AR are mostly positive, negative in triple negative breast cancer pathological characteristics, treatment and clinical prognosis has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the expression of AR and CK5/6 and clinicopathological parameters clinicopathological data. Methods:Eighty cases of breast cancer were diagnosed in our hospital,Zaozhuang City Hospital and Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2015 to June 2017.All the patients were divided into four groups:non-triple negative breast cancer group(control group),triple negative breast cancer lymph node negative group(research group 1),triple negative breast cancer 1 to 3 lymph node positive group(research group 2)and triple negative breast cancer 4 and above lymph node positive group(research group 3).The criteria for the determination of the triple negative breast cancer are as follows:ER,PR immunohistochemical staining positive cells<10%;The status of HER-2 was further determined by HER-2 immunohistochemical staining negative or 1+,2+in situ hybridization(FISH).Patients who were negative for ER,PR,and HER-2 were judged to be triple negative breast cancer, and any positive patient was determined to be non-triple negative breast cancer. The general situation of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression of AR and CK5/6 in breast cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between their expression and lymph node metastasis was analyzed in triple negative breast cancer.Result:1.Comparison of AR expression in patients with triple negative breast cancer:AR positive expression was 39.0%(23/59)in triple negative breast cancer group and71.4%(15/21)in the non-triple negative breast cancer. The expression rate of AR positive in triple negative breast cancer was significantly lower than that of in non-triple negative breast cancer(X~2=6.54 P<0.05).The positive expression of AR in triple negative breast cancer positive lymph node group 4 and above(Study Group 3)was 15.0%(3/20).The positive expression was 45.0%(9/20)in 1 to 3 lymph node positive groups(Study Group2)of triple negative breast cancer.Study Group 3 is significantly lower than Study Group2(X~2=4.29 P<0.05).Compared with non-triple negative breast cancer patients,AR has low expression in triple negative breast cancer. The expression rate of AR positive decreased with the increase of lymph node metastasis in patients with triple negative breast cancer(P<0.05).2.Comparison of CK5/6 expression in patients with triple negative breast cancer:The positive expression of CK5/6 was 55.9%(33/59)in the triple negative breast cancer group and 23.8%(5/21)in the non-triple negative breast cancer. The positive expression rate of CK5/6 was significantly higher in patients with triple negative breast cancer than in patients with non-triple negative breast cancer(X~2=6.41P<0.05).The positive expression was 80.0%(16/20)in lymph node positive 4 and above group(Study Group 3)in the triple negative breast cancer. The positive expression was 50.0%(10/20)in 1 to 3lymph node positive groups(Study Group 2)in the triple negative breast cancer.Study Group 3 is significantly higher than Study Group 2(X~2=3.96 P<0.05).CK5/6 has a high expression in triple negative breast cancer compared to non-triple negative breast cancer, and the positive expression rate of CK5/6 in triple negative breast cancer increased with the increase of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of AR and CK5/6 in triple negative breast cancer was significantly different from that of non-triple negative breast cancer.Compared with non-triple negative breast cancer patients,AR had lower expression in triple negative breast cancer with the increase of lymph node metastasis.CK5/6 had higher expression in the triple negative breast cancer compared with the non-triple negative breast cancer, and the positive expression of CK5/6 in the triple negative breast cancer increased with the number of lymph node metastases.Triple negative breast cancer has low AR expression and high CK5/6 expression. With the increase of lymph node metastasis,AR positive expression rate decreased, while CK5/6 positive expression rate increased.Triple negative breast cancer has high invasiveness. It has poor biological behavior and poor prognosis. It is suggested that AR and CK5/6 are expected to be new prognostic indicators in triple negative breast cancer.2.The ER,PR,and HER-2 were all negative in patients with triple negative breast cancer. There are no standard treatment guidelines. They can not benefit from endocrine therapy and Hesaiting treatment.Through the study of AR and CK5/6 in the mechanism of breast cancer. It is expected to provide new directions for endocrine therapy.
