Objective: To observe the changes of HO-1,8-OHdG and other factors in the serum of patients with AECOPD before and after standard treatment,to investigate the relationship between circulating markers reflecting oxidative stress in the body and the progression of COPD,and to explore the correlation between serum HO-1 and 8-OHdG levels and the severity of COPD.Methods: Choose between August 2018 and January 2019 in our hospital respiratory medicine hospital treatment of 118 patients with AECOPD,issued the CAT scale and questionnaire, filled in basic information, including: general information(name, gender, age, height, weight, occupation, place of residence),smoking status, have no mood to cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, endocrine system disease, digestive system disease, autoimmune disease and malignant tumor such as history, nearly 2 months without history of respiratory diseases.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 30 patients who met the experimental conditions were selected as the observation group, namely, the pre-treatment group, and the improved condition after standard treatment was selected as the post-treatment group.Meanwhile,24 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group. The expression levels of HO-1,Bil,UA/Cr and8-OHdG in the serum of the subjects in each group were detected. The changes in the levels of various indicators before and after treatment were observed.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze and sort out the data.Results:1.Comparison of basic clinical data between the AECOPD observation group and the healthy control groupGeneral data of 30 cases of AECOPD observation group and 24 cases of healthy control group were compared and analyzed, and the difference was notstatistically significant.2.Serum levels of antioxidant indicators HO-1,Bil and UA/Cr in the AECOPD group, the AECOPD group and the healthy control group before and after treatmentThe serum levels of HO-1,Bil and UA/Cr in the pre-treatment group were higher than those in the post-treatment group(all P<0.001).Serum HO-1,Bil and UA/Cr levels in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).3.Serum levels of oxidative index 8-OHdG in AECOPD group,AECOPD group and healthy control group before and after treatmentComparison of oxidative index between groups showed that serum8-OHdG level in the pre-treatment group was higher than that in the post-treatment group(P<0.001).Serum 8-OHdG level before and after treatment was higher than that of healthy control group(P<0.001).4.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the serum HO-1 and8-OHdG in AECOPD patients were positively correlated with CAT score.Conclusion:1.The expression levels of HO-1,8-OHdG and other factors in serum of AECOPD patients after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and both before and after treatment were higher than those in the healthy control group, indicating that oxidative stress was involved in the pathogenesis of COPD,and the body was still in the state of oxidative stress after the control of acute onset symptoms.2.Serum HO-1,8-OHdG in AECOPD patients before and after treatment were in direct proportion to CAT score, indicating that serum HO-1 and8-OHdG levels were related to the severity of the patient's condition.
