Objective:To investigate the effects of two concentrations of propofol on lipid metabolism in patients under general anesthesia with long-term surgery.Method:40 patients with long-term surgery from August 2018 to January 2019were selected as research subjects and were randomly devided in 2 groups.Group A:1%medium-long-chain propofol fatty emulsion was used to induct and maintain anesthesia,Group B:2%medium-long-chain propofol fatty emulsion to induct and maintain anesthesia.the concentration of total cholesterol?TC?,triglyceride?TG?,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol?HDL?,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol?LDL?,apolipoprotein A?ApoA?,apolipoprotein B?ApoB?concentration were measured before anesthesia induction?T0?,3h after anesthesia induction?T1?,6h after anesthesia induction?T2?and were compared in the two groups.Result:Age,gender,BMI before treatment showed no significantly statistical differences between the 2 groups?P>0.05?.Compared with T0,TC,HDL,LDL,ApoA and ApoB in group A decreased significantly at T1 and T2 with significantly statistical differences?P<0.05?,TG was increased at T1 and T2 with significantly statistical difference?P<0.05?.Compared with T0,TC,HDL,LDL,ApoA and ApoB of group B decreased at T1 and T2 with significantly statistical differences?P<0.05?.TG showed no significantly statistical difference at T1?P>0.05?.TC,TG,HDL,LDL,ApoA,ApoB between the two groups showed no significantly statistical differences at T0?P>0.05?.TG of group B was lower than group A at T1 and T2 with significantly statistical differences?P<0.05?.HDL and ApoA of group B were higher than those of group A at T2 with significantly statistical differences?P<0.05?.Conclusions:This study shows that with the extension of anesthesia time,plasma triglyceride increases,and 2%propofol has less effect on blood lipid metabolism in patients,suggesting that 2%propofol has broader indications.
