Objective:To study the correlation between neonatal venous blood bilirubin/albumin(B/A)ratio and neonatal bilirubin brain injury. Methods:Through the Chinese knowledge network, the data,VIP database of Chinese journals, ten thousand,Medline,Pubmed,Ovid, the Cochrane Library, retrieved from the database until June 2018,the relevant study of bilirubin/albumin ratio and bilirubin brain damage of the related literature, and track the references, screening, extracting data, quality assessment, using RevMan5.3 software system analysis.Results:Finally,25 literatures were included. The B/A ratio of the group with bilirubin brain injury was higher than that of the group without bilirubin brain injury, and the differences were statistically significant(MD 0.30,95%CI 0.04~0.57)and(MD 5.32,95%CI 4.04~6.60).The relationship between the degree of bilirubin brain injury and the B/A ratio was statistically significant(MD 0.08,95%CI 0.02~0.13)and(MD 0.13,95%CI 0.03~0.23).The B/A ratio of the nuclear jaundice group was higher than that of the non-nuclear jaundice group, and the difference was statistically significant(MD 0.24,95%CI 0.14~0.34).Conclusion:The results show that the B/A ratio is of great significance for the early detection, diagnosis and determination of the severity of bilirubin brain injury, providing guidance for clinical treatment.
