Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Liangxuepingfu Decoction On Acute Stage Of Cosmetic Dermatitis

Objective: Clinical study and curative effect observation were conducted on patients with facial cosmetic dermatitis(acute stage)with self-designed liangxuepingfu decoction as the main prescription to investigate the efficacy and safety of self-designed liangxuepingfu decoction in the treatment of cosmetic dermatitis,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 patients in each group.The treatment group was given liangxuepingfu decoction by oral administration,while the control group was given loratadine tablets and vitamin C tablets by oral administration.The treatment group and the control group were treated with 3% boric acid solution.Four weeks was a course of treatment,and the scores before treatment,two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment were recorded respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of each group and the curative effect was determined.Results: The clinical observation of 62 patients with cosmetic dermatitis for four weeks showed that the curative effect of oral self-designed liangxuepingfu decoction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group combined with loratadine tablets and vitamin C tablets.The statistical results showed that there were 31 cases in the treatment group,among which 10 cases were cured(32.26%),11 cases showed significant effect(35.48%),7 cases were effective(22.58%)and 3 cases were ineffective(9.68%).The total effective rate after 4 weeks was 90.32% and the recovery rate was 67.74%.Among the 31 patients in the control group,3(9.68%)were cured,10(32.26%)were effective,8(25.80%)were effective,and 10(32.26%)were ineffective.The total effective rate after 4 weeks was 67.74% and the recovery rate was 41.94%.After statistical comparison,the efficacy of the two groups were all P < 0.05,with significant difference.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In terms of subjective symptom improvement,both groups were effective,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of pruritus and other discomfort.In terms of objective skin lesion improvement,both groups were able to effectively improve flushing,swelling,rash and exudation,but there was no significant difference in the improvement of capillary telangiectasia before and after treatment.The treatment group had better efficacy in flushing,swelling and rash than the control group,and the two groups had similar efficacy in the improvement of exudation and telangiectasia.Both groups had curative effect in improving the secondary symptoms of TCM,while the curative effect in improving the secondary symptoms of TCM in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The experiment showed that the curative effect of the oral self-designed liangxuepingfu decoction in the treatment group was better than the combined application of loratadine tablets and vitamin C tablets in the control group.The effect of liangxue pingfu decoction in the treatment of cosmetic dermatitis(acute phase)is definite and the adverse reactions are few,which is worthy of further study.
