The Clinical Comparative Study Of Sanren Decoction And Zhitong Rushen Decoction In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Caused By Damp And Heat Stagnating Postoperative Effect

OBJECTIVE: This study compared the clinical efficacy of Oral Sanren Decoction and Oral Zhitong Rushen Decoction in preventing and treating postoperative complications and promoting healing after hot and humid injection of sputum,and explored the mechanism of action,combined with rapid rehabilitation.The surgical concept provides a reference for the clinical treatment of wet and hot bet-type sputum.METHOD: 72 subjects were enrolled in the study,and 36 in the A group and the B group.Qualified patients were selected according to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,and follow the principle of comparison and randomization.The two groups of patients were treated with the same perioperative period and the same surgical method.TheA group received Oral Sanren Decoction,100ml/time,3 times a day.The B group received Oral Zhitong Rushen Decoction,100ml/time,3 times a day.Both groups were treated for 15 days.After observe and record the first postoperative defecation time,score the first fecal type,mark the first defecation status,and score postoperative pain,edema,bulge,bleeding,and the wound healing rate on the 14 th day after surgery,and the changes of various signs and indexes during the treatment period.There are cases of adverse reactions.The database was built using SPSS22.0 statistical software and statistical analysis was performed.RESULT: The first defecation time in the A group was concentrated from24 h to 48 h,and the B group was mainly <24h.The first fecal type score and the first defecation status score in the A group were superior to the B group.For the postoperative complications were pain,edema,and bulge score,the A group was superior to the B group.The scores of the postoperative hemorrhage were not significantly different between the A group and the B group.The wound healing rate on the 14 th day after surgery performed better on the A group.Both groups were eventually cured.CONCLUSION: Sanren Decoction is effective in preventing and treating postoperative complications of dampness and heat injection,and it is more effective in promoting healing.The better the first defecation indicators after surgery,the lower the incidence of postoperative complications and the faster recovery.It can explain the postoperative defecation time,the type of feces is related to postoperative complications.
