Objective:To observe and analyze the imaging changes of disk height,disk-nerve root space,and vertebral dural sac cross-sectional area before and after OLIF stand alone surgery in patients with lumbar spine diseases,and to discuss the significance of clinical efficacy(VAS score,JOA score)and complications.Methods:Collected in May 2016 to March 2019,Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital diagnosis of Lumbar degeneration and income surgery in hospital patients,analysis accord with standard of diagnosis,into and out of 34 cases of patients,all patients were performed OLIF-stand alone the operation,preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative data respectively,including curative effect index(VAS score,JOA score)and complications,statistical analysis of the results.Results:1.In the imaging analysis before and after surgery,the median P value of disk space height,and root-disc distance was less than 0.05,showing statistically significant differences;but There was no significant change in the cross-sectional area before and after surgery.2.Patients' VAS and JOA scores before and after surgery were significantly improved compared with those before surgery,with statistically significant differences.3.Intraoperative blood loss was 85±20ml and the operative time was 60±15min(except for patients with abdominal vascular inj ury).4.The main postoperative complication was fusion device deposition,and the high-risk complication was abdominal vascular inj ury without death.Conclusion:OLIF stand-alone surgery has the advantages of less bleeding,less trauma and quick recovery in the treatment of discogenic lumbago.Therefore,OLIF obtained good results in the application of lumbar degenerative diseases.The changes of the posterior root-disc distance of OLIF had certain effects on the lower limb pain of patients.Sufficient conditions for symptom remission were obtained by the change of posterior intervertebral space height of OLIF.OLIF had no significant effect on lower back pain relief and spinal canal area change.
