Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of spinal endoscopy combined with manipulation in the treatment of Superior Clunial Nerve Entrapment Syndrome by means of randomized control, observe and study the clinical efficacy of the treatment and explore its mechanism, seek reasonable, effective, less side effects of the treatment, and expand the idea of the treatment and research of Superior Clunial Nerve Entrapment Syndrome. Methods:From December 2017 to August 2018,40 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Superior Clunial Nerve Entrapment Syndrome were selected from the outpatient department of orthopedics of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.Forty patients were randomly divided into the spinal endoscopic manipulation group(treatment group)and the Acupotomy combined with manipulation treatment group(control group)according to the random number table method.According to the standards of JOA scoring method and VAS scoring method, the data obtained before and after diagnosis and treatment were sorted out,and the corresponding statistical analysis was conducted to assess the efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective, with a total effective rate of 95%;In the control group,1 patient was cured,3 were significantly effective,13 were effective,2 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%.2.The two group's VAS and JOA scores before and after treatment were significantly different(p<0.01),suggesting that both treatment methods were effective for the disease.3.The VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were both compared after treatment(p<0.05),suggesting that endoscopic treatment with manipulation can alleviate pain. Conclusion:That endoscopic treatment the efficacy of spinal endoscopy combined with manipulation in the treatment of SCNES is better than that of acupotomy combined with manipulation, which can better solve the pain for patients and is safe and effective. It is suitable for patients with severe and conservative conditions or patients with repeated attacks who are not treated by other methods.
