Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea Due To Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on hypomenorrhea of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,and to explore the mechanism of this Decoction on hypomenorrhea of women in terms of prescription and syndrome,and to compare it with Kelingmeng,a Western medicine,so as to provide a basis for its better clinical application and promotion.Methods: 72 cases of hypomenorrhea due to liver depression and spleen deficiency due to the decline of ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction group and Kelingmeng group,36 cases in each group.Firstly,the age and course of disease of the two groups were analyzed.Then the Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction group was given Chaihu Guijiang Decoction orally,and the Kelingmeng group was given Kelingmeng orally.The treatment period was 3 menstrual cycles in both groups.During the study,2 patients in Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction group fell off because of giving up oral Chinese medicine,and 3 patients in Kelingmeng group fell off because of taking other drugs.Result:1.The total effective rate was 97.06% in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 55.88% in the improvement of menstrual blood volume.The total effective rate of Western medicine group was 96.97%,and the marked rate was 39.39%.2.In improving the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of TCM group was 97.06%,the marked rate was 58.82%.The total effective rate of Western medicine group was 93.94%,and the marked rate was 24.24%.3.In terms of improving sex hormone level,the mean FSH of Chinese medicine group before and after treatment were 22.43(+9.82),15.58(+6.93),and that of Western medicine group before and after treatment were 24.06(+8.88),13.63(+5.88).4.In terms of total clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 94.12%,and the marked rate was 55.88%.The total effective rate of Western medicine group was 84.85%,and the marked rate was 48.48%.5.In terms of long-term efficacy,the recurrence rate was 10.53% in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 5 in the western medicine group,with a recurrence rate of 31.25%.Conclusion:1.Both Chaihu Guijiang Decoction and Kelingmeng can increase the menstrual blood volume of patients,and the curative effect of Chaihu Guijiang Decoction is better than that of Kelingmeng.2.Both Chaihu Guijiang Decoction and Kelingmeng are effective in improving the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,and the curative effect of Chaihu Guijiang Decoction is better than that of Kelingmeng.3.Both Chaihu Guijiang Decoction and Kelingmeng have curative effects on improving the sex hormone level of patients,and the curative effect of Chaihu Guijiang Decoction is similar to that of Kelingmeng.4.Both Chaihu Guijiang Decoction and Kelingmeng are effective in clinical total effect,and the curative effect of Chaihu Guijiang Decoction is better than Kelingmeng.5.In terms of long-term efficacy,the long-term efficacy of Chaihu Guijiang Decoction is better than that of Kelingmeng.
