Clinical Observation Of Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction Treat Postinfectious Cough(wind Invading Lung Type)and The Infection On Serum IL-1β

Objective:To observe the changes of clinical symPtoms of Postinfectious cough(Wind Invading lung type)after infection treated by Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction and the effect of serum IL-1beta,to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:From March 2018 to January 2019,70 Patients with Postinfectious cough(Wind Invading lung type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,3 Patients were lost to follow-up,2 Patients withdrew from the test because of aggravating illness,and 65 Patients were finally completed.The treatment grouP was treated with Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction,1 dose Per day,decocted with water for 300 ml,divided into 150 ml in the morning and evening for 7 days.The control group was given ASME twice a day for 7 days.The scores of TCM syndromes,serum IL-1beta,onset time of cough symptoms and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The TCM syndrome scores of the two grouPs were decreased 3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment grouP was suPerior to the control grouP(P<0.05).2.The scores of cough symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Serum IL-1β levels were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.the onset time of cough symptoms between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.There were no abnormal changes in blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:1.Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction reduce TCM syndrome scores of coughpatients with Postinfectious cough wind Invading lung type.2.Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction reduce the score of cough symptoms in patients withpostinfectious cough wind Invading lung type.3.Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction reduce the level of serum IL-1β in Patients with Postinfectious cough wind Invading lung type.4.Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction shorten the onset time of cough symptoms in patients with cough after Postinfectious cough wind Invading lung type.5.Xuanfei Zhisou Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of cough after Postinfectious cough wind Invading lung type.
