Soft tissue repair for soft tissue defects is one of the most common problems in plastic surgery.Autologous adipose tissue is the most ideal soft tissue filling material in theory because of its extensive sources,no immune rejection and small donor site trauma. At present, the clinical requirement for facial fine filling is that only the micro-fat tissue rich in ADSCs can meet the filling requirements of fine wrinkles and sunken, such as glabellar wrinkles and fishtail lines. The purpose of this study is to explore a new way of fat processing,so that it can reduce the diameter of fat particles under the premise of retaining stem cell activity,so as to achieve the purpose of fine filling. We found that ultrasonic processing can effectively destroy the fiber structure around fat particles,so as to achieve the separation of adipocytes and adipose derived stem cells, and obtain fine particles of adipose tissue.Previous studies found that ultrasonic processing of adipose tissue and cell viability were not affected. Therefore,we propose to treat adipose tissue through ultrasound treatment to obtain fine fat tissue. On the basis of previous work,we further explored tissue composition, cell components and proportions, cell number, activity and proliferation and differentiation ability of adipose tissue after ultrasound treatment.By immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, molecular biological methods and animal models and clinical trials, the effectiveness of clear ultrasonic treatment of adipose tissue, safe and scientific,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of fine wrinkles and fine sag, provide a new method for the treatment of adipose tissue.
