Objective:To analyze the clinical and pathological data of patients with varying-density solitary pulmonary nodules diagnosed as lung cancer.Methods:376 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules which confirmed as lung cancer by postoperative pathological examination from January 1st,2015 to December 31 th,2017 in Nanjing Chest Hospital were enrolled in this research.They were divided into three groups,pure ground glass nodules(pGGN group,n=98),mixed ground glass nodules(mGGN group,n=153)and solid nodules(SN group,n=125).Clinical and pathologic data were collected and analyzed.Results:1.The patients in SN group are older than those in mGGN group and pGGN group,while the patients in pGGN group are the youngest(p<0.01).2.The composition of the sex ratio is similar in three groups(p>0.05),the proportion of female is higher than male in three groups.3.Expectoration appears most in SN group(p<0.05).4.The maximum diameter of nodules in SN group is significantly greater than those in mGGN group and pGGN group,of which pGGN group the smaller(p<0.01).5.Lobulation sign,and spiculation sign appear most in SN group,then in mGGN group,and least in pGGN group(p<0.01).6.The pleural indentation sign appear least in pGGN group(p<0.01).7.The proportion of adenocarcinoma insitu in SN group is the least in 3 groups.While on degree of differentiation,the nodules of meso-low differentiation,low differentiation and poor differentiation are the most in SN group.And the SN group has the most proportion of lymphatic metastasis and invasion to vessel,pleura and vascular wall(p <0.01).Conclusion:1.Malignant solitary pulmonary nodules of different density have differences in symptoms,HRCT imaging,and postoperative pathology.2.Compared with other malignant nodules,the malignant solid nodules are the largest,and show the lowest degree of differentiation,suggesting that the malignant degree was the highest,and the malignant pure ground-glass nodules are suggested to have lowest malignant degree in adverse.
