| Objective To study the changes of cerebral blood flow in patients with post-stroke depression combined with cognitive impairment. To investigate the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression combined with cognitive impairment. Methods We chose 34 patients who were hospitalized in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University due to acute stroke from July 2018 to February 2019.We examined Hamilton Depression Scale,mini-mental state examination,Montreal cognitive assessment scale.According to the scheme of Chinese classification of mental illness and diagnosis standard version 3 and post stroke cognitive impairment expert consensus, all patients were divided into PSD combined PSCI group(A,n = 11),PSD group(B,n = 12),non-PSD and non-PSCI group(C,n = 11).Then check these patients by PWI to obtain the relative cerebral blood flow(rCBF)in the area of interest, and compared the values between different groups. Results Compared with group B,group A right frontal lobe relative cerebral blood flow was lower than those of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P =0.018).Group A compared with group C,group A bilateral frontal relative cerebral blood flow was lower than those of bilateral frontal lobe group C,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.002,P = 0.04).Group B compared with group C,group B the left temporal lobe and the Right basal ganglia relative cerebral blood flow was lower than those of group C,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.034,P = 0.048).Conclusion The incidence of post-stroke depression may be related to decreased blood perfusion in the bilateral frontal lobe, left temporal lobe and right basal ganglia area. The local cerebral blood flow in the right frontal lobe of the patients with post-stroke depression combined with cognitive impairment was more decreased than that of the patients with depression alone. |
