Objective:To investigate the effects of CPET-based formulation individualized intensity exercise prescription on Metabolic Syndrome and to analyze the change of cardiopulmonary function. Methods:From March 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with metabolic syndrome from the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were enrolled. All subjects perform CPET,human body parameters, blood biochemical tests and cardiovascular risk factors indicators. The subject were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.According to the data of CPET,an individual intensity exercise prescription for experimental group was designed, the training protocol was?50%watts for 12 weeks;while the control group maintained the original drug treatment unchanged, without exercise intervention. Results:All patients completed the research program safely.?Metabolic indicators:after 12 weeks of exercise treatment, waist circumference?WC?,systolic blood pressure?SBP?,diastolic blood pressure?DBP?were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group?P<0.05?.In the experimental group, weight, body mass index?BMI?,WC,triglyceride?TG?,fastingbloodglucose?FBG?,glycosylated hemoglobin?HbA1c?,SBP,DBP were lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.?Cardiopulmonary function indicators:after treatment,Anaerobic threshold?AT?,peak heart rate?HRpeak?,peak systolic blood pressure?SBPpeak?,peak oxygen uptake?PeakVO2?,peak load power?PeakWR?,peak oxygen pulse?PeakVO2/HR?,peak cardiac output?PeakCO?,oxygen uptake efficiency plateau?OUEP?were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group?P<0.05?.In the experimental group, resting systolic blood pressure?SBPrest?,resting diastolic blood pressure?DBPrest?were lower than those before treatment,AT,PeakVO2,PeakWR,PeakVO2/HR,PeakCO,OUEP were higher than those before treatment,respectively?P<0.05?.In the control group,DBPrest,AT,SBPpeak,PeakVO2,PeakVO2/HR,PeakCO were lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.?The cardiovascular risk?CVR?factors:after treatment, metabolic equivalent?METs?,peak oxygen uptake[PeakVO2?ml·kg-1min-1?],heart rate recovery?HRR?were higher in the experimental group than the control group, while the systolic blood pressure recovery?SBPR?was lower in the experimental group than the controlgroup?P<0.05?.Intheexperimentalgroup,METs,PeakVO2(ml·kg-1min-1),HRR were higher than those before treatment,respectively?P<0.05?,SBPR was lower than those before treament?P<0.05?.In the control group,METs,PeakVO2(ml·kg-1min-1)were lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.Conclusion:The CPET-based individualized exercise rehabilitation prescriptions canreduce the waist circumference and blood pressure of patients with metabolic syndrome safely and effectively, improve blood lipid and blood sugar metabolism, and enhance the cardiopulmonary function effectively and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
