Preeclampsia(PE)is a pregnancy syndrome that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation with hypertension,high proteinuria,and other organ dysfunction.It is a main disease that causes maternal-fetal bad outcomes(such as lethal,abortion,premature rupture of membranes);Therefore,early diagnosis and prevention of PE are of great significance.At present,the clinical diagnosis of preeclampsia is mainly based on the high risk factors,serum s Flt/PIGF value and clinical manifestations.A large number of studies have shown that preeclampsia is a heterogeneous disease caused by multiple factors and multiple genes.With the discovery and development of human genome and disease association research,the association of susceptibility genes polymorphisms and preeclampsia are found.Therefore,tring to find preeclampsia risk-related molecular markers from the genetic level has become a hot spot,aiming to provide reference for early diagnosis and prevention of preeclampsia.It is well known that the preeclampsia is affected by the region,ethnicity,and living habits.The susceptibility genes and polymorphic about preeclampsia loci in different regions and different ethnic groups are different.The relationship between susceptibility gene polymorphism and preeclampsia in Xinjiang region of China is still blank.In this study,480 PE patients and the healthy pregnant women totally in Xinjiang were selected.The casecontrol study was used to study the association of susceptibility gene polymorphisms with preeclampsia.A case-control study was conducted to analyze the association of 26 polymorphic loci with preeclampsia in Han and Uygur in Xinjiang.In the Han,rs2274976(T/C)and rs3025035(T/C)polymorphic allele T and polymorphic genotype TT/TC frequency in the case group were significantly higher than the control,and the rs2274976 polymorphic genotype may increase preeclampsia in the codominant,dominant and overdominant models.The risky rs3025035 polymorphism genotype exsits significant difference under overdominant model after multifactor correction;in the Uygur,rs3737966(C/T)locus polymorphic allele C and polymorphic genotype CC /CT were significantly higher than the control group,the polymorphic genotype may increase the risk of preeclampsia in the dominant and overdominant models,polymorphic allele T and polymorphic genotype CT at rs2274976 may increase the risk of PE in the Uygur,there still exists differences after multi-factor correction,but which the model it plays role is unknown.The rs3025039(T/C)polymorphic allele T and polymorphic genotype TT /TC frequency was significantly higher than the case group,but there was no significant difference in every model under the multi-factor correction.In order to study the effect of interaction between multiple SNPs on preeclampsia,a haplotype map was constructed and it was found that there was no linkage between SNPs in the Han;the haplotype AT frequency of rs4846048 and rs3737966 in the Uygur population was greater than that in the health,and may increase the risk of preeclampsia;rs2010963,rs3024987,rs2146323,rs3025006,rs3025020 and 30225021 haplotype CCCTCT frequency in case group is larger than the control,it may increase the pre-eclampsia risk.This study enriches the research data of susceptibility gene and PE relationship,and the difference site may be the risk factor of PE,which can provide some theoretical guidance for PE risk prediction.
