KLHL22 Promoting The Growth,Migration,and Invasion Of Bladder Carcinoma

Objective : To explore the biological functions of KLHL22 about the proliferation,migration and invasion of bladder cancer.Methods: Read the literature to understand the role of KLHL22 in the pathogenesis of human diseases;comprehensive bioinformatics database to find the difference in the expression of KLHL22 in bladder cancer and normal bladder tissue,and then through real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot and other experimental methods to verify its differences in bladder cancer cell lines and normal urinary tract mucosal epithelium;clinical bladder cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Finally,the effects of KLHL22 on the proliferation,migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells were examined,which laid the experimental foundation for studying the biological function of KLHL22.Results: The database analysis showed that KLHL22 was highly expressed in bladder cancer compared with the control group.Real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot also showed that the expression level of KLHL22 in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group;Ed U,transwell invasion,and scratch experiments showed that KLHL22 could promote Proliferation,invasion and migration of bladder cancer cells.Conclusion: KLHL22 can promote the proliferation,migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells.
