Study On Compatibility And Poison Relief Of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Based On Literature Analysis

Objective: To systematically study the ‘radix aconiti prescription’,and to explore the compatibility of radix aconiti with radix aconiti and the regularity of its type,the main medical books in past dynasties and herbal prescriptions containing radix aconite were comprehensively sorted out.Then the causes and detoxification methods of the aconitum type Traditional Chinese Medicine were discussed so as to provide the basis for clinical prescription and rational drug use.Methods: A database including grass Ukraine agent during each historical period was established by selecting 375 prescriptions of "kusnezoff monkshood class party" and 209 literatures of the ancient books.The method of literature research combined with the medical statistics was used to explore the characteristics in each era of kusnezoff monkshood compatibility features and regularity,virulence factors and relevant methods of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: The main efficacy categories of high-frequency drugs used in past dynasties in combination with radix aconiti were activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs(12.70%),decongestant drugs(11.12%),wind-removing and dampness drugs(7.66%),expectorant and antitussive drugs(6.63%),and tonic for deficiency drugs(6.55%).In addition,the compatibility frequency of wind-dampness-removing drugs and anti-deficiency drugs gradually increased in each period.The wind-dampness-removing drugs were 5.78%before song,jin and yuan dynasties,7.77% in Ming and qing dynasties,and 14.74% in modern times,respectively.The tonifying drugs were 2.89% before song,jin and yuan dynasties,6.45% in Ming and qing dynasties,and 6.92% in modern times.Through the ages,the drugs used together with radix aconiti have mainly included medicine for rheumatism monkshood,radix angelicae pubescentis,drugs for relieving Exterior Disorder radix angelicae,radix sileris,radix glycyrrhizae,radix asarum,and notopterygium root,drug for invigorating blood circulation eliminating stasis frankincense,ligusticum wallichii and myrrh.The drugs with high compatibility frequency were monkshood(158),radix angelica(116),chinese angelica(85),frankincense(84),arisaematis(83),radix sileris(77),ligusticum wallichii(74),asarum(69),myrrh(69),notopterygium root(55),and liquorice(54).It was found that the proportion of prescriptions in the category of ‘radix aconitiagrestis-type prescriptions’ increased significantly,respectively 28.70% before song,jin and yuan,43.48% in Ming and qing dynasties,and 50.00% in modern times.The compatibility of radix aconiti agrestis with ‘eighteen counter’ drugs was widely existed in all periods,mainly concentrated in the phlegm dispersant pinellia,bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae or Thunberg Fritillary Bulb,the astringent hemostasis rhizoma bletillae heat-clearing and detoxicating drug radix ampelopsis,and the compatibility with pinellia was more,the compatibility with trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim and radices trichosanthis was not found.The main causes of poisonousness with aconitoid drug are misadministration,overdose and hot food.The detoxification methods was taking black soybean,mung bean,caramel,polygalum,parsnip,and liquorice.Furthermore,the compatibility of coptis,licorice,rhinoceros horn with radish juice or the compatibility of licorice,ginseng,and dry ginger was also used as the detoxification method.The processing with assistance of children’s urine or fry can be used to detoxicate.Conclusions: With the continuous updating of medical knowledge,the research on toxic drugs such as radix aconiti were gradually deepen.More attention was paid to the safety and the rationality of drug use.And the compatibility of drugs and their categories have been changed.The ratio of external formula containing radix aconiti kusnezoffii related herbal medicine increased.The compatibility of radix aconiti with ‘eighteen anti-drugs’,such as pinellia ternata,rhizoma bletillae and fritillaria,has appeared in all ages,which was worth thinking and exploring deeply.At the same time,the study on the toxicosis and detoxification method of aconitum also provided reference for clinical medication.
