Objective To study the effects of comprehensive intervention of systematic parental training combined with medicine compared with medicine-only intervention, and explore a effective and easy-to-operate systematic parental training system to improve the prognosis of children with ADHD.Methods The 94 children with ADHD who were first seen in the psychology department from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group respectively, including 44 cases in the control group(originally included in 46 cases)and 44 cases in the intervention group(originally included in 48cases).The control group was only treated with medicine. The intervention group was given a 1.5-hour parental training session on the basis of medicine therapy once a week for 6 weeks.Design a questionnaire to investigate the general situation of children with ADHD.Before and after treatment, assess children's core symptoms and behavioral problems using the SNAP-IV Assessment Scale and the Conners Parental Symptoms Questionnaire;Assess the psychological condition of children using Self-awareness Scale;Assess the family environment in which ADHD children are located using Family Environment Scale;Assess the mental health condition of their parents using Self-rating Depression Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale,90 List of Symptoms. At the end of the training, the subjective evaluation of the parents' training was conducted.Results:1.Comparison before and after treatment: After treatment, the scores of the SNAP-IV Scales of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of behavioral problems and learning problem factors in the two groups of PSQ were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of anxiety factor in children in the intervention group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant change in the control group(P<0.05);Improvement of self-awareness scores in two groups of children was statistically significant(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the father and mother in the control group were not statistically significant before treatment(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group father and mother were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Children's symptomatic comparison between the intervention group and the control group after treatment :In the intervention group, the score of SNAP-IV Scale of children's attention deficit,hyperactivity-impulsivity,opposition defensive;Self-awareness Scale, learning and conduct of PSQ,and anxiety problem factors were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of parents' mental health condition and family environment between the intervention group and the control group after treatment :The intervention group's father's self-rating depression score and the scores of somatic symptoms,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, and paranoia in the 90 symptom lists were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The intervention group's mother's depression and anxiety self-rating scale scores and the somatic, compulsive, interpersonal, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid, and psychotic scores of the 90 symptom lists were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of intimacy, emotional expression, independence, knowledge and entertainment factors of the family environment scale of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of contradictive factors were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Among the parents who participated in the parent training system,41% of the parents were very satisfied with the overall effect of the training.50% of the parents were satisfied with the overall effect of the training, and 9% of the parents thought that the training was effective. No parents were dissatisfied with the training course.68% of parents think that this method is very easy to master,32% of parents think this method is easy to master;91% of parents think that school teachers have better cooperation;after training,59% of parents think that the relationship with children is obviously improved,27 % parents believe that the relationship with children has improved slightly, and 14% of parents believe that the relationship with children has not improved.Conclusion:1.Systematic parental training combined with medicine can effectively improve core symptoms and mental health in children with ADHD.2.Systematic parental training combined medicine can effectively improve parents' mental health condition.3.Systematic parental training combined medicine can effectively improve the family environment.4.Parents have high satisfaction with the operability and effectiveness of the parental
