Objective: To explore the application of desoxine and ropivacaine in subarachnoid block anesthesia in transurethral resection of prostate,and to provide basis for clinical application in the future.Method: Select eligible 60 cases with transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate ASA class Ⅱ-Ⅲ elective patients with cutting operation,A randomized double blind method was divided into three groups,the patients with subarachnoid block,were given A group: 0.75%,pp because 1 ml + 10% glucose injection 2 ml;Group B: 0.75% ropivacaine 1ml+ 2ml 10% glucose injection containing 0.2mg dizocine;Group C: 0.75% ropivacaine 1.5ml+10% glucose injection 1.5ml.The vital signs of the patients were monitored after 10 minutes of intraventricular lying: systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,central venous pressure,heart rate and pulse oxygen saturation.The mean value of the three measurements was the hemodynamic basic value,and the time mark was T1(before anesthesia).After anesthesia record T2(5 min)and T3(10 min)after anesthesia,T4(anesthesia after 20 min),T5(30 min after anesthesia)point in patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure,central venous pressure,heart rate,pulse oxygen saturation of the indicators such as hemodynamic changes,at the same time record time t1,sensory nerve block the highest sensory nerve block anesthesia plane time T2,duration of sensory nerve block,T3,T4 motor nerve block in time,the highest motor nerve block anesthesia plane time T5,duration of motor nerve block t6.Results(1)Blood pressure,heart rate and other hemodynamic fluctuations were the smallest in group B,followed by group A and group C.(2)The onset time of sensory nerve block and the maximum block plane time of sensory nerve block were the fastest in group B and the slowest in group A,indicating that the onset time of sensory nerve block was the shortest in group B.(3)The duration of sensory nerve block was the longest in group B and the shortest in group A.(4)The occurrence time of motor nerve block and the maximum block plane time of motor nerve block in group A and C were longer than those in group B.(5)The duration of motor nerve block was the longest in group C,the second in group B and the shortest in group A.In conclusion,the hemodynamics of group B was the most stable: the onset time of sensory nerve block,the maximum block plane time of sensory nerve block,the onset time of motor nerve block and the maximum block plane time of motor nerve block in group A and C were longer than those in group B;the duration of sensory nerve block was the longest in group B;the duration of motor nerve block was the longest in group C,followed by group B,and group A.The shortest.Conclusion Dezocine combined with ropivacaine for subarachnoid block in transurethral resection of prostate has little fluctuation in hemodynamics,so as to stabilize blood circulation;the onset time of sensory nerve block is shortened and the duration of sensory nerve block is prolonged,thus prolonging the pain relief time after operation;the motor nerve block time is not prolonged correspondingly,so as to improve patients’ comfort and satisfaction.Degree.
