Objective:To screen high-risk MACE events population using the 3rd-generation low dose DECT and provide early warning value for clinical analysis by scrutinizing the risk factors of vulnerable plaque. Methods:There were 1107 consecutive patients who underwent concurrent Coronary Angiography CT imaging?CCTA?,from January 2016 to December 2017,prospectively.According to the exclusion criteria,15 cases were excluded,99 cases were lost to follow-up,493 cases were used as risk assessment cases,at last 500 cases were eventually enrolled.,It is divided into vulnerable plaque group, stable plaque group and normal group according to plaque type. The multivariate logistic model was used to analyze the risk factors of vulnerable plaques by following up the Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events?MACE?in patients with vulnerable plaque. The difference of P?0.05 was statistically significant.Results:?1?The features of low CT attenuation, positive remodeling index, spotty calcification and napkin-ring sign are effective indications of vulnerable plaque.?2?Age of vulnerable plaque group,BMI,hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperglycemia, homocysteine, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein E,lipoprotein, cystatin C,the levels of C reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and glycosylated hemoglobin c were significantly higher than those of non-vulnerable plaque group?P?0.05?,and the levels of high density lipoprotein, lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were significantly lower than those of non-vulnerable plaque group?P?0.05?.?3?The MACE event of the vulnerable plaque group was significantly higher than that of the non-vulnerable plaque group?P?0.05?,and the vulnerable plaque was an independent risk factor for the MACE events.?4?The dose length product?DLP?was 136.74±32.12 mGy.cm,and the effective radiation dose?ED?was 1.46±0.31 mSv.Conclusion:CT low dose cardio-cerebral vascular integrated imaging assessm-ent of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular arterial vulnerable plaque has decent diagnostic value, the features low CT attenuation, positive remodeling index,s-potty calcification,napkin-ring sign are four characteristics of vulnerability effe ctive indications of plaque;Six indicators of age, diabetes, blood glucose,C-re-active protein, hypertension, and homocysteine are risk factors for vulnerable pl-aque formation;vulnerable plaque is an independent risk factor for major card-iovascular adverse events;low radiation dose CT integrated cardio-cerebral vas-cular imaging is of great value for early warning of cardiovascular and cerebr-ovascular diseases.
