| Objective: to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of yulinzhu combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency caused by kidney deficiency,so as to provide strong support for further clinical application and seek more effective treatment for patients with premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of premature ovar ian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type were equally randomized t o two groups,1:1 ratio,and 30 patients in each treatment group and control group.Control group: estradiol valerate tablets + progestero ne capsules,also known as hormone sequential therapy.The treatment group was Chinese medicine plus western medicine group: that is,on t he basis of the control group with Chinese medicine yulinzhu oral adm inistration.3 months for a course of treatment.Three months of trea tment were taken in both cases for comprehensive evaluation,which in cluded the following items: TCM syndrome score,domestic modified Kup perman score(KI),changes in hormone levels,and changes in uterus a nd its accessories.In terms of hormone level,the main observation i ndexes were FSH,LH,E2,AMH,etc.Color doppler ultrasonography of u terine accessory: number of follicles(AFC),endometrium thickness(E m)and ovarian volume were detected.The changes of index values before and after treatment were compared.After calculating scores and st atistical data,the efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results: 1.Both the treatment group and the control group had a sign ificant clinical effect on patients with premature ovarian insufficie ncy of kidney deficiency type,with a total effective rate of 93.10% in the treatment group and 82.76% in the control group,and the treat ment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.In the tre atment of premature ovarian insufficiency,two groups have significa ntly improved in TCM symptoms,and two groups had definite clinical efficacy.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).3.The index of modified Kupperman was significantly improved i n two groups.After treatment,there was a significant difference b etween the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicin e group(P <0.05),so the therapeutic effect of the treatment group w as better than that of the control group.4.Both the treatment group and the control group could significantly reduce the patients' FSH le vel and LH level,and meanwhile increase the patients' E2 level.The improvement of hormone level in the treatment group was better than t hat in the control group(P<0.05).5.In the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency,there was no statistical difference in the AMH value between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but the AMH v alue in the treatment group and the control group was slightly higher than before.6.After treatment,there was a significant increase in the number of improved endometrium and sinus follicles in both groups.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the west ern medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P <0.05),so the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.However,there was no significant differen ce in improving ovarian volume between the two groups after treatment.(P>0.05)Conclusion: yulinzhu flavor combined with hormone replacement therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pre mature ovarian insufficiency due to estrogen deficiency,and its clin ical effect is better than that of hormone therapy alone.Yulinzhu ji ajin and hormone replacement therapy are safe and effective in the tr eatment of this disease,which is worthy of further study and further clinical promotion. |
