Professor Liu Theoretical Exploration And Clinical Application Of Treating Turbidity From Triple Energizer

Objective:This paper summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine professor liu zhongyong on the treatment of diseases caused by turbidity evil from the perspective of triple jiao gasification,deepens the understanding of triple jiao gasification theory,and improves the theory of turbidity evil so as to guide the treatment of diseases caused by turbidity evil clinically.Methods:Collection and analysis of predecessors’ knowledge on turbidity evil related literature,the relevant papers and professor zhong-yong liu’s works,academic lectures,literature,and caused by turbid pathogenic related clinical records,based on the theory of the sanjiao(triple energizer)gasification of turbidity evil generation,pathogenic characteristics,treatment,analysis summary mentor from the sanjiao(triple energizer)gasification differentiation related diseases caused by polluted evil syndrome differentiation,formula,medication features.Results:1.The relations and differences between turbidity and dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin in the past dynasties were sorted out to clarify the meaning of turbidity.2.Due to the different gasification characteristics of upper,middleand lower tertiary jiao,different turbidity pathogens have different causes,pathogenic characteristics and treatment rules in each jiao.3.The upper,middle and lower sanjiao are connected and influenced each other through the channels,collaterals and viscera.4.The methods for the treatment of turbidity in my tutor’s clinical practice include aromatization turbidization,invigorating and purging turbidification,purging turbidification by purging the bowels,detoxifying and eliminating turbidification,removing blood stasis and removing turbidity,and strengthening and removing turbidification.5.In the clinical treatment of heart diseases caused by turbidity,the tutor first identified the source of turbidity,and then focused on regulating the gasification of the coke,using drugs to supplement and relieve diarrhea,and more slow and smooth diarrhea,especially to regulate qi.Conclusion:1.Analyzed and sorted out the etiology and pathogenesis of turbidity pathogenic factors,as well as the main characteristics and treatment rules of turbidity pathogenic factors,which enriched the theory of turbidity pathogenic factors.2.Tri-coke gasification is interrelated and interrelated.The treatment should focus on the whole,identify the source of turbidity and evil,and mainly cut off the source.3.A series of turbid treatment methods summarized by the tutor should be used in coordination with each other in clinical practice,and the air conditioning machine should be carried out consistently.
