Objective:Probing into the theory of "five Zang turbid impediment",analyzing thought of differentiation of symptoms and signs in treating five Zang turbid arthralgia,and summarizing experience in selecting prescription for treatment of five Zang turbid arthralgia,which was put forward by Professor Liu Zhongyong.In order to provide a new field of vision for the clinical treatment of some chronic stubborn or difficult and serious diseases.To make up for the deficiency of the theory of the study of the traditional Chinese medicine and the turbid pathogen.To set up the foundation stone for perfecting the theory of turbid evil in TCM.Methods:Collect relevant literature on turbidity in ancient and modern times,Through analyzing and sorting out the literature,we can deepen our understanding and understanding of turbid evil.On this basis,combined with the tutor’s papers,works,medical talks,medical records,teaching materials,academic reports,and so on.Discussion on the Theory of the Five-dirty and Turbidity in the Tutor.Analysis and summary of different types of turbid pathogen arthralgia in the five Zang organs syndrome differentiation,treatment,prescription selection and medication ideas,which was Proposed by Professor Liu Zhongyong.Result:1.sorting and analyzingzing,The definition of turbid evil was limpid,and the meaning of turbid arthralgia is clarified.2.Classification of turbid evil in tutors’ clinical practice,there are cold turbidity,fog turbidity,water turbidity,fat turbid,wet turbid,phlegm turbid,stasis turbid,turbid poison.3.The correlation between different types of turbid pathogen arthralgia and lung,heart,spleen,liver and kidney was analyzed.Fog and phlegm mostly block the lungs.Cold turbid,fat turbid,wet turbid,phlegm turbid,stasis turbid mostly arthralgia block heart.The liver is mostly blocked by blood stasis.Wet turbid,water turbid mostly arthralgia kidney.The formation of lipid turbid,damp turbid,phlegm turbid and stasis turbidity is closely related to spleen.Most of the arthralgia obstructs the three organs of the liver and kidney,and has nothing to do with the spleen.4.The syndrome differentiation classification of the five Zang turbid arthralgia and the choice of medicine were obtained.(1)Lung turbid arthralgia,fog invading lung syndrome self-made Xuanfei Huazhuo decoction;phlegm-turbid accumulation lung syndrome self-made phlegm-expelling turbid decoction.(2)Heart turbidity arthralgia syndrome of external attack of cold turbidity self-made Sanghan Tongbi Zhuo Fang;Cold turbidity coagulation syndrome self-made cold turbid decoction;Phlegm-turbid obstruction syndrome self-made phlegm-reducing turbid broad chest prescription;Self-made prescription for tonifying dampness and dredging pulse and removing turbid water in syndrome of dampness and turbidity;Syndrome of stasis and turbid impediment,self-made prescription for removing blood stasis and removing blood stasis,removing blood stasis and removing turbid;Zhizhuo congestion syndrome self-made spleen tonifying turbid regulating lipid prescription.(3)Liver turbid arthralgia liver syndrome self-designed Shugan Huoxuezhuo recipe;stasis and accumulation syndrome Amber ginseng pillplus reduced prescription.Conclusion:(1)After sorting out and analyzing,we can further understand the turbid evil and deepen our understanding of the five turbid arthralgia.(2)According to the correlation of five viscera turbid arthralgia,the frame of syndrome differentiation and treatment of five Zang turbid arthralgia was constructed.(3)The theory of "five Zang turbid impediment" and its clinical application have certain clinical value.It can effectively guide the treatment of some chronic stubborn or difficult and serious diseases,and to a certain extent,it has developed the theory of turbid evil in traditional Chinese medicine.
