Analysis On The Clinical Effects Of Common Front Teeth Aesthetic Restoration Techniques

Objective:To summary and analysis of several kinds of commonly used restoration in patients with clinical application of front teeth aesthetic repair effect,complications,and patient satisfaction,to promote minimally invasive dental porcelain cover in the class patients provides basis and guidance.Methods:1.On zirconia porcelain crown anterior dental esthetics completely repair as the observation group,patients with nickel-chromium alloy PFM crown of anterior teeth aesthetic repair patients as control group,after 6 months follow-up on patients with PES and WES score in comparison in the two groups restoration aesthetic effect,evaluation of gum inflammation grading by comparing two groups of complications,statistics of two groups of collapsed and cracked loose,crown,the crown body falls off,to compare the incidence of adverse events.2.Faced with traditional porcelain repair anterior dental esthetics as the observation group,patients with zirconia porcelain crown repair anterior dental esthetics all patients as control group.After 6 months follow-up of patients on color,shape,translucency,beautiful edge effects,evaluate restoration is loose,the occurrence of adverse events,such as edge abrasion,gingivitis,pulpitis,complications,and statistical patients to the satisfaction degree of the aesthetic effect and comfort.3.Faced with minimally invasive porcelain repair anterior dental esthetics as the observation group,patients with ultra-thin porcelain veneers anterior dental esthetics repair patients as control group,compared two groups of patients in the treatment of the tension in the process of,after 6 months follow-up on patients of two groups of color matching,shape,edge adaptability,secondary caries andrestoration of damage repair effect comparison,statistics of patients to the satisfaction degree of the aesthetic effect and comfort.Results:1.Zirconia patients PES,WES score were11.30±1.41?5.77±1.86 were significantly higher than that of nickel chromium PFM crown group of PES,WES score 8.84±1.99? 6.86±2.07;Zirconium oxide group of patients the incidence of gingivitis was 13.51%,significantly less than 38.71% nickel chrome PFM crown group,the incidence of gingivitis;Zirconium oxide group of patients the incidence of adverse events was 5.41%,significantly less than 25.81% nickel chrome PFM crown group,the incidence of gingivitis.2.Porcelain veneer group form,translucency,beautiful edge score was ?2.39±1.28?2.15±0.69 ? 2.20 ±0.60 were significantly higher than that of zirconia grade 1.73±0.69?1.78±0.71?1.86±0.67.And color porcelain veneers group score was 1.76 ± 0.73,significantly lower than zirconium oxide group score 2.43±1.30.Porcelain cover set loose restoration and edge wear rate was17.07%,21.95%,significantly higher than that of zirconium oxide group were2.70% and 5.41%,and porcelain veneer group the incidence of gingivitis and pulpitis was 0.00%,13.51%,13.51% of the group were significantly lower than zirconium oxide and 24.32.Aesthetic porcelain veneers and zirconium oxide group patients satisfaction scores were8.43±0.90?8.45±1.03,no significant difference,and porcelain veneers group had a significantly higher comfort satisfaction score 8.83±0.79 than zirconium oxide group of 8.00±1.13.3.Minimally invasive group porcelain veneers on the edge of the color,shape,adaptability and aesthetic effect of secondary caries is superior to the traditional porcelain veneers group,but no significant differences in both damage indicator.During the treatment process,the traditional porcelain cover group ofpatients with minimally invasive porcelain cover patients more nervous.Minimally invasive group porcelain veneers of aesthetic effect and complications of the satisfaction rate of 91.18%,94.12%,70.00% and 76.67% of the group is significantly higher than the traditional porcelain veneers.Conclusion:Minimally invasive porcelain cover,as a kind of small trauma repair method,have large potential clinical promotion.However,it can not be summed up in minimally invasive porcelain veneers are front teeth of the optimal aesthetic repair techniques.In specific clinical work,according to the actual circumstances of the patients,we still need to strictly grasp the indications of restoration,and make aesthetic repair design which is the most beneficial to the patient's,and the most suitable for a particular patient's specific methods of repair.
